Featuring Harsha Gangavarapu, Latha Vishwanath, and Inaya Sultana in pivotal roles, the film is directed by Vamsi Krishna Malla.

With its teaser receiving a strong response especially after being screened alongside Thandel in theaters the film unit addressed the media at a teaser success meet. Speaking at the event, the team shared their excitement and insights about the film:

Director Vamsi Krishna Malla remarked,

"Madham is a rare kind of film in Telugu cinema. When I first read the story provided by our producer Ramesh, I was both excited and nervous. The raw and rustic nature of this story is more commonly seen in Tamil and Malayalam films. However, I deeply connected with it, and I can confidently say that the film's climax is something never seen before in Indian cinema. Watching this film requires heart and courage."

Writer Ramesh Babu Koya expressed his gratitude,

"I thank Vamsi Krishna for bringing my story to life so beautifully. The support we have received throughout this journey has been incredible, and I appreciate the warm reception the teaser has received from audiences."

Inaya Sultana, who plays a significant role, shared,

"I love playing negative roles, and Madham gave me the opportunity to portray a powerful character. Vamsi sir guided me through the challenging scenes, helping me deliver my best performance. Harsha brought realism to his role, and Latha is a great friend. The film has turned out beautifully, and I urge everyone to watch it on March 14."

Harsha Gangavarapu emphasized the film’s strong storytelling,

"In Madham, the story itself is the real hero. It’s packed with intense emotions, and each character is developed with depth. Ramesh's brilliant story, combined with Vamsi’s stellar direction, ensures a gripping experience for audiences."

Latha Vishwanath added,

"My character in the film is very close to my reallife personality, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I’m grateful to the director and producers for this opportunity. Working alongside Inaya and Harsha was a joy. Madham releases on March 14, and I hope everyone shows their support."

With its promise of a raw, intense narrative and a groundbreaking climax, Madham is shaping up to be a mustwatch when it arrives in theaters this March.
