Hemalatha Reddy is a versatile and accomplished professional who has built her career as an actor, producer, and anchor, before stepping into the world of professional modelling and beauty pageants. Her journey is shaped by discipline, confidence, resilience, and consistent effort.

She proudly represented India on prestigious platforms, winning the Mrs India 2024 title. Taking her success to the global stage, she later earned the international crown of Mrs. Universe – International Global Queen 2025, bringing recognition to her talent, grace, and cultural values.

Despite her national and international success, Hemalatha felt a strong emotional connection to her roots. Born and raised in Visakhapatnam (Vizag), Andhra Pradesh, she believed that her journey would be complete only after earning recognition in her home state.

With this purpose, she chose Vijayawada as the platform to represent Andhra Pradesh with pride. Her participation in Miss & Mrs Andhra Pradesh – Vijayawada 2025 was driven not just by competition, but by a heartfelt desire to showcase her experience, talent, and journey, and to represent her state on larger platforms.

The prestigious pageant was held on 12th December 2025 at SS Convention Hall, Vijayawada, under the direction of renowned fashion mentor Mr. Satish Addala.

The event’s success was led by Mr. Satish Addala, whose vision, discipline, and dedication to women empowerment elevated the pageant. With 42 successful fashion and beauty events to his credit, this marked his 43rd prestigious event, further establishing him as a respected name in Andhra Pradesh’s fashion and pageant industry.

Though closely associated with the film industry and the brother of noted filmmaker Mr. Srikanth Addala, Satish Addala has carved his own identity as a fashion expert and mentor, providing meaningful platforms for women to express confidence, elegance, and purpose.

Hemalatha Reddy (Contestant No. 18) was crowned Smt. Andhra Pradesh 2025. She also won the Best Talent Round Award for her powerful performance, confidence, and strong stage presence.

Hemalatha registered through the official online process, cleared the Zoom interaction rounds, and later attended the offline auditions in Vijayawada, where she was selected.

She underwent four days of professional grooming and training conducted by the organizing team. With consistent performance and experience, she advanced from the semi-finals to the finals and delivered a graceful and confident performance at the grand finale.

Choosing to compete in her home state, despite her international exposure, made this journey deeply emotional and meaningful for her.
