Mohanlal’s Vrusshabha Theatrical Trailer Released; Grand Release on December 25

The theatrical trailer of Vrusshabha, starring the legendary actor Mohanlal, has been unveiled today, raising expectations among movie lovers. The film will be released grandly in Telugu by Geetha Film Distributors, the prestigious distribution house known for blockbusters like Kantara, Viduthalai, Chaava, and Mahavatar Narasimha.

Written and directed by Nanda Kishore, Vrusshabha is a large-scale epic that blends action, emotion, and mythology. The story revolves around love, destiny, vengeance, and most importantly, the powerful bond between a father and son. The trailer opens with Mohanlal’s character experiencing disturbing dreams filled with war, bloodshed, and violence. A doctor’s line, “What you can’t define, the brain denies,” sets the tone for the mystery that follows.

As the trailer progresses, it is revealed that Mohanlal was once a mighty king named Vijayendra Vrusshabha in a previous life. The conflict from that era continues into the present, hinting at reincarnation and an age-old rivalry. While enemies seek his destruction, his son stands firmly by his side, determined to protect his father at any cost.

Spanning two timelines, Vrusshabha moves between the grandeur of a historic kingdom and the intensity of the modern world. The trailer promises a visually rich and emotionally intense cinematic experience filled with high-octane action and drama.

The film stars Mohanlal along with Samarjit Lankesh, Ragini Dwivedi, and Nayan Sarika, supported by a strong ensemble cast including Ajay, Kishore, Garuda Ram, and others. Music is composed by Sam C. S., with sound design by Oscar-winner Resul Pookutty. The action sequences are choreographed by Peter Hein, Stunt Silva, and Nikhil.

Produced by Shobha Kapoor, Ektaa R. Kapoor, C. K. Padma Kumar, Abhishek S. Vyas, and others, Vrusshabha is presented by Connekkt Media and Balaji Telefilms in association with Abhishek S. Vyas Studios.

Shot simultaneously in Malayalam and Telugu, the film will also release in Hindi and Kannada. Vrusshabha is all set for a worldwide theatrical release on December 25, 2025, promising audiences an epic action drama with deep emotional resonance.
