The Girlfriend Gave Me Immense Satisfaction as a Producer – Allu Aravind at Grand Pre-Release Press Meet
Hyderabad The much-anticipated romantic drama The Girlfriend, starring National Crush Rashmika Mandanna and talented actor Dheekshith Shetty, is all set for a grand release. The film will hit theatres on November 7 in Telugu and Hindi, followed by its release in Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada on November 14.
The movie, jointly produced by Geetha Arts and Dheeraj Mogilineni Entertainment, is presented by ace producer Allu Aravind. Written and directed by Rahul Ravindran, the film promises to be an emotionally charged and intense love story. A grand pre-release press meet was held in Hyderabad, where the entire team shared heartfelt insights about their journey.
Speaking at the event, Allu Aravind said,
I’ve produced many films and earned crores through cinema, but what The Girlfriend has given me is something money can’t buy creative satisfaction. This story speaks of emotions we often ignore, especially those hidden in the hearts of the women around us our sisters, mothers, and daughters. It’s not a film to just watch; it’s a film to feel.
He further added that if not titled The Girlfriend, the film could aptly have been called Nee Jeevithamantha Nene, hinting at its emotional depth.
After watching it, people may find it hard to sleep that’s the kind of impact this story carries. Rashmika has lived her role, Dheekshith will shine as a future star, and the entire team deserves praise. Vidya and Dheeraj are family to me; I’m proud of their dedication and passion.
Director Rahul Ravindran expressed deep gratitude toward his team and mentors.
The Girlfriend is a heartfelt journey. If Aravind garu hadn’t approved this project, it wouldn’t exist today. Vidya and Dheeraj stood by me like pillars. Rashmika and Dheekshith have delivered performances that will be remembered for years. When Aravind garu watched the first schedule, he immediately gave Dheekshith an advance for his next film that’s the level of faith he had in our work.
Producer Dheeraj Mogilineni shared the team’s inspiring journey, saying,

Dheekshith adjusted his schedules multiple times his dedication is commendable. Hesham and Prashanth worked without ego, ensuring the music elevates every emotion.
