The much-awaited trailer for Ramayana: The Legend of Prince Rama has finally been released, igniting excitement among fans and cinephiles. A stunning retelling of Valmiki’s timeless epic, the film promises to captivate audiences with its breathtaking visuals and heartfelt storytelling.

The trailer unveils a visual spectacle, taking viewers on a journey through Ayodhya, the birthplace of Prince Rama; Mithila, where he weds Sita; Panchavati, the serene forest of his exile; and Lanka, the fiery battlefield of his legendary confrontation with King Ravana. Rendered in an exquisite Japanese anime style, the film beautifully merges the grandeur of Indian mythology with the finesse of Japanese artistry.

Conceived by Yugo Sako and directed by Koichi Sasaki and Ram Mohan, this Indo-Japanese collaboration is a labor of love, brought to life by over 450 artists through nearly 100,000 hand-drawn cells. The result is a masterpiece that seamlessly blends the cultural richness of India with the meticulous craftsmanship of Japan.
