 The motion poster of Padava, the first story from director Vegesna Satish's web anthology Kathalu (Meevi Maavi), unveiled

Vegesna Satish, the filmmaker behind the national-award-winning family drama Shatamanam Bhavati, is all set to make his presence felt in the OTT space with a web show titled Kathalu (Meevi Maavi). The first story from the web anthology is titled Padava. The motion poster of Padava was launched by director Harish Shankar today. The latter wished the best for the lead actor Sam Vegesna, the director Vegesna Satish and the entire team behind the story.

Sam Vegesna is paired alongside Eesha Rebba in this emotional love story. Three stories from Kathalu (Meevi Maavi) have wrapped their shoot already and the filming of the other stories is progressing at a brisk pace. Kathalu will be streaming on a leading OTT platform soon.

Young actors Rahul Vijay and Megha Akash, and Natakireeti Rajendra Prasad are collaborating for a new film and the same was formally lanuched today. Megha's mother Bindu Akash is presenteing the film and it is produced by Kota Film Factory and Trippy Pics Sutdios. A Sushanth Reddy and Abhishek Kota are the producers. Abhimanyu Buddhi is directing the film.

Speaking on the occasion, Megha said "I am happy to work with Sushanth and Abhimanyu again after Dear Megha. I am also happy that my mother is presenting the film."

Rahul said "This film has a very good concept. It is a cool rom-com. We are very passionate about the film and we need your blessings."

Actor Arjun Kalyan said "This is a new-age romantic entertainer. The film has talented pair Rahul and Megha and it also features veteran actor Rajendra Prasad. We will complete the filming in 25 days."

Director Abhimanyu said "This film is set in Goa backdrop. It has several seasoned actors in the lead roles."

Kalaavathi song from superstar Mahesh Babu’s highly anticipated film Sarkaru Vaari Paata is the new emotion of love. The song which topped all the music charts within no time after its release is continuing to steal the hearts. The blockbuster song has surpassed 100 Million views with 1.7 Million likes thus far and it has now become the fastest first single to reach the milestone.

S Thaman has scored a refreshing track with wonderful orchestration, while Sid Sriram gave life to it with his expressive singing. Ananta Sriram’s catchy lyrics deserve special mention. Mahesh Babu spellbound one and all with his stylish looks and graceful moves, Keerthy Suresh looked gorgeous in the number.

Although Mahesh Babu oozes swag and enacts stylish moves, Sitara enchants with her cute expressions and trendy as well as graceful dance moves. She makes great impact in the first appearance itself. It’s just a promo and the full song will show Sitara’s amazing dance moves.

Currently, the film is being shot in Hyderabad. The production works of the movie are nearing completion. S Thaman rendered soundtracks and the second song seems to be a peppy one.

Keerthy Suresh playing the female lead in the film which is jointly being produced by Naveen Yerneni, Y. Ravi Shankar, Ram Achanta and Gopichand Achanta under Mythri Movie Makers, GMB Entertainment and 14 Reels Plus banners.

R Madhi handles the cinematography, while Marthand K Venkatesh is the editor and AS Prakash takes care of art department.

Sarkaaru Vaari Paata is coming as summer attraction on May 12th.

Allu Arjun threw a party on the occasion of his content and digital head Sarath Chandra Naidu’s birthday. The Icon Staar always makes it a point to celebrate the birthdays and special occasions of his staff. While finding a boss like that is very difficult, finding such a boss among actors is even rare.

Allu Arjun played the perfect host by interacting with people at the party. Keeping in mind it was his digital head’s birthday, one of the cakes had all social media platforms highlighted on it. The amused actor also shared this on Instagram. He also went on to wish Sarath by sharing a photo of his on Instagram, which shows just how special his team is for the actor. 

While the AA Family (Allu Arjun calls his staff his family) marked their attendance at the party, it was also attended by many Tollywood personalities.
