Varun Tej is stepping into the world of volleyball with his next film, Bhari. The sports drama is being made by his sister Niharika Konidela and is directed by Yadhu Vamsee, who earned appreciation for Committee Kurrollu.

For Varun, Bhari is not simply another sports movie. What drew him to the project was the emotional depth of the story and the way its characters are written.
