Therachaapa is a village-based action drama directed by Joel George. The film features Naveen Raj Shankarapu in the lead role, along with Srilu and Pooja Suhasini. Supporting roles are played by Nagar Mahesh, Rajeevi Kanakala, and Keshav. Set in a coastal environment, the film mixes emotion, relationships, and action. Story

Characters like Seetha and Gayatri play important roles in his journey. The rest of the story follows how Eshwar deals with emotions, relationships, and challenges while seeking justice.

Performances

Naveen Raj fits well into the role of a fisherman and delivers a natural performance. His character growth is portrayed convincingly. Srilu plays an important role and brings good emotional strength to her character. Pooja Suhasini looks graceful in a traditional role and adds value to the story.

Actors like Nagar Mahesh and Rajeevi Kanakala provide solid support with their performances. Keshav also does a good job in his role and adds to the film’s impact.

Rajesh Bhupathi, who plays Bhupathi Raju in the film, delivers a strong performance as the villain. He showcases impressive talent and brings intensity to the role with his commanding screen presence. His portrayal adds depth to the story, making the character more impactful. With this performance, he proves his potential and definitely has a promising future ahead in the Telugu Film Industry.

Technical Aspects

Technically, the film is decent. Prajal Krish’s songs are pleasant and suit the mood of the film, while ML Raja’s background score supports both emotional and action scenes effectively. The cinematography by Azeem and Venkat captures the coastal setting beautifully, giving the film a realistic feel.

Editing by Raju Bodasingi is neat and keeps the film flowing smoothly. Considering the budget, the production quality is impressive and maintains a natural tone throughout.

Therachaapa is a simple and engaging rural drama that works mainly because of its performances and emotional storyline. Though the film follows a familiar pattern in some places and has a few minor flaws, it still manages to keep the audience interested. It’s a decent choice for a weekend watch, especially if you enjoy village-based stories with emotion and action.
