Amaravati:Veteran actor and “Nata Kireeti” Dr. Rajendra Prasad paid a courtesy visit to the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Nara Chandrababu Naidu, on Tuesday evening (03/02/2026).
The meeting followed the Government of India’s announcement of the Padma Shri award for Dr. Rajendra Prasad. During the interaction, the Chief Minister warmly congratulated and felicitated the actor, expressing his delight over the national honour.
The Chief Minister said the Padma Shri is a well-deserved recognition of Dr. Rajendra Prasad’s outstanding contribution to Indian cinema. He noted that for more than four decades, the actor has entertained audiences with his versatility and brought great recognition and pride to Telugu cinema.
