Writers Association of Telugu Television – New Committee Takes Charge
The Writers Association of Telugu Television held its general body meeting on 30 November 2025 at the Film Chamber. Under the supervision of Chief Election Officer Dr. M. Vinod Bala, the Election Committee completed the process for forming the new executive committee.
With all nominations finalized by 27 November, the candidates were elected unanimously. The new committee members took oath in the presence of senior writers Burra Sai Madhav and Anjan Megoti.
The meeting saw a strong turnout, and several key issues were discussed. General Secretary G. Sri Shashank presented a detailed report on the association’s progress and upcoming plans.

The meeting concluded with a two-minute silence to honor the memory of the late poet and writer Andhe Sri.
