‘Kokkoroko’ Shoot Completed

Renowned director Ramesh Varma, known for encouraging new talent, has launched his own production banner, RV Film House. The banner’s maiden project, “Kokkoroko,” is an anthology film revolving around five unique characters and marks the directorial debut of Srinivas Vasanthala.

Impressed by Srinivas Vasanthala’s storytelling abilities, Ramesh Varma entrusted him with this ambitious project. The shoot of the film has now been completed, and the makers officially announced the wrap with a striking poster released today. Srinivas Vasanthala is expected to present a fresh cinematic experience, blending strong visuals with emotional storytelling.

Popular playback singer GV Sagar, son of veteran writer G. Satyamurthy and brother of music director Devi Sri Prasad, has penned the dialogues. After Rakshasudu, this marks his second film as a writer. Cinematography is handled by Akash R Joshi, while music is composed by Sankeerthan, a London-based musician.

The film is produced by Rekha Varma and Kurapati Sireesha, with Neelladri Production as co-producer. Prawin Pudi is the editor. Ramesh Varma has written the story and screenplay, promising a gripping and well-structured narrative.

“Kokkoroko” is slated for a theatrical release in Telugu in 2026.
