‘45 The Movie’ Set to Impress Audiences, Say Shiva Rajkumar and Upendra
Starring Karunada Chakravarthy Shiva Rajkumar, Real Star Upendra, and Raj B. Shetty, 45 The Movie is directed by Arjun Janya and produced by Smt. Uma Ramesh Reddy and M. Ramesh Reddy under the Suraj Productions banner. The Telugu version of the film is releasing grandly through Mythri Distributors on January 1, and a pre-release event was held in Hyderabad as part of the promotions.
Speaking at the event, Shiva Rajkumar said he instantly connected with the story when Arjun Janya narrated it in just a few minutes. He was especially impressed by the interval and climax portions and encouraged Arjun to take up direction himself. He praised the visuals, action sequences, and cinematography, and said the film delivers a strong message about respecting all living beings. He added that 45 teaches the importance of living life happily and promised it would touch everyone emotionally.
Upendra shared that he was deeply impressed by Arjun Janya’s narration and commitment. Though known as a successful music director, Arjun surprised everyone with his clarity as a filmmaker. Upendra said he has never seen Shiva Rajkumar in such a powerful avatar before and described the screenplay as outstanding. He also mentioned that the role he played in this film is completely new for him and urged Telugu audiences to support quality cinema.
Director Arjun Janya said 45 will introduce audiences to a unique cinematic experience. He revealed that he worked on the film for nearly three and a half years and thanked Shiva Rajkumar, Upendra, and Raj B. Shetty for trusting him. He also expressed gratitude to Mythri Shashi for releasing the Telugu version and supporting the project with valuable inputs.
Producer Ramesh Reddy stated that the true depth of 45 can only be understood by watching it on the big screen. He said the film presents elements of the Garuda Purana in a powerful and engaging way and praised the performances of all three lead actors. He encouraged families to watch the film together.
Mythri Shashi said the film maintains a strong flow until the interval and takes an intense turn afterward, with powerful performances from Shiva Rajkumar and Upendra. He added that the climax and Raj B. Shetty’s role would leave a strong impact and said the film carries an important message for today’s generation.
