 ‘Karaali’ Launched with Grand Pooja Ceremony Naveen Chandra to Headline Action Drama Under Vikrant Film Creations

The muchanticipated film ‘Karaali’ was launched in a grand ceremony on Sunday, marking the beginning of a promising venture under the banner of Vikrant Film Creations. Presented by Smt. Mandalapu Pravallika and produced by Mandalapu Shivakrishna, the film stars Naveen Chandra in the lead, alongside Raashi Singh and Kajal Choudhary. Directed by Rakesh Potta, Karaali promises a refreshing take on the actiondrama genre.

The launch event featured an auspicious pooja ceremony attended by notable personalities from the film industry. Renowned producer Sahu Garapati graced the event and officially handed over the script to the film unit. For the muhurtham shot, Sahu Garapati gave the first clap, while Sriharshini Educational Institutions Chairman Gorantla Ravikumar and Yaspire Spaces MD Tumati Narasimha Reddy operated the camera.

Speaking at the media interaction following the event, lead actor Naveen Chandra shared his excitement:

It’s always encouraging when new talent steps forward with unique stories, and it takes visionary producers like Shiva garu to support them. The title Karaali itself is intriguing, and the film is unlike anything I’ve done before. I’m thrilled to collaborate with a passionate team. Kajal Choudhary’s recent work in Anaganaga was impressive, and I believe this project will truly stand out.

Producer Mandalapu Shivakrishna, stepping into the industry after retiring from central government service, said:

Cinema has always been my passion. I took voluntary retirement to pursue this dream and invested my savings into this project. When Rakesh narrated the story, I was immediately drawn to it. Though it’s my first film, I’m committed to delivering quality content and am grateful to Naveen Chandra garu for placing his trust in us.

Director Rakesh Potta expressed his gratitude:

Cinematographer Apurva Anil Shaligram, known for his work in Ammu and Cinema Bandi, returns to collaborate with Naveen Chandra for the second time, adding a strong visual backbone to the film.
