A Golden Opportunity to Cherish Forever

Child artist Gagana Geethika, who portrayed the role of Payal in Daku Maharaaj , is earning widespread acclaim for her performance.

Reflecting on her experience, Gagana shares, “Being part of Daku Maharaaj was a tremendous honor. Acting alongside Balayya (Nandamuri Balakrishna) and receiving his compliments is a memory I will treasure forever.” Aptly described as a “small bird with a mighty chirp,” Gagana first captured attention at the age of four-and-a-half through her captivating TikTok videos. She made her acting debut as a child artist in Lawyer Vishwanath, followed by roles in acclaimed films like RRR, Narappa, 18 Pages, and Tellavarithe Guruvaram, where she portrayed the younger versions of lead heroines.

Gagana continued to shine in projects such as 90’s Middle-Class Biopic, The Great Indian Suicide, and Prema Vimanam. Currently, she is portraying Tamannaah’s younger version in Odela Railway Station 2. Despite her busy acting schedule, Gagana prioritizes her education and balances her time effectively.

Her father, Sriteja, stands as her greatest inspiration. A passionate cinema enthusiast, Sriteja ventured into the industry through animation and later made a name for himself as an actor. He played the lead in Hyderabad Dreams and earned recognition with supporting roles in films and TV serials like Krishnathulasi and Yedaloyalo Indradanussu.

Gagana is also dedicated to honing her artistic skills, learning classical Kuchipudi dance alongside modern dance forms. Overjoyed by the success of Daku Maharaaj , which became the biggest blockbuster of Balayya’s career, she holds her role as Payal close to her heart, calling it a key turning point in the film.

Expressing her gratitude to Balayya for his encouragement and to director Bobby for the opportunity, Gagana promises to grow as an artist and make her mark in the industry. Here’s wishing her a bright and successful future!
