Samantha Ruth Prabhu to Host Celebrity MasterChef Tamil
Sony Pictures Networks India has announced Celebrity MasterChef Tamil, bringing the much-loved global cooking format to Tamil audiences with actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu at the helm.
The show will bring together popular celebrities from the Tamil entertainment industry, who will leave their usual world of films and television behind and enter the kitchen to compete in a series of fun and challenging cooking tasks.
Produced by Banijay Asia, the show will combine the familiar MasterChef format with Tamil flavours, traditions and the lively spirit of Tamil celebrity culture.
Speaking about the show, Samantha Ruth Prabhu said she is excited to take on something completely different. She shared that food has a special way of bringing people together and revealing a more personal side of people. She also teased that the celebrity contestants will face plenty of challenges, surprises and intense competition.
With Samantha leading the show and several popular Tamil celebrities stepping into the kitchen, Celebrity MasterChef Tamil promises plenty of food, fun, emotions and unexpected moments.
