‘Rayavalasa’ Sets Grand Theatrical Release on December 11
Marking the festive occasion of Dussehra, the makers of the upcoming rustic drama Rayavalasa have officially announced its worldwide theatrical release date as December 11 with an intense new poster. Produced by Gopi Krishna J under the Rayson Productions banner and helmed by NRI filmmaker Radhika Jayanthi, the film marks the Tollywood debut of US-returned talent Karthik Jayanthi alongside female lead Sreesha Nulu.
The newly unveiled release date poster makes an immediate impression, featuring a fierce and serious Karthik Jayanthi framed against the powerful backdrop of Goddess Durga, blending high-stakes tension with festive devotion. Anticipation around the project has steadily built following well-received glimpses and the breakout folk number Ringudu Ringudu, which recently crossed the 1-million-views benchmark on YouTube.
Inspired by real-life rural events, Rayavalasa promises an unvarnished, authentic exploration of village life. Showcasing remarkable production planning, the entire film was wrapped in a single, uninterrupted schedule. Sreesha Nulu steps into the shoes of Rani, bringing a grounded presence to the narrative, while Karthik Jayanthi is poised to make a memorable impression with his gritty, rustic performance.
The musical score is composed by Arjun Balaa, featuring lyrics by Poornachari, Karthik Jayanthi, and Tarun Saidul, alongside vocals from Rahul Sipligunj, Dhanunjay, Ramya Behara, Sahithi Chaganti, and others. The technical crew boasts veteran editor Garry B.H., cinematographer V.R.K. Naidu (Kittu), and action director Shaolin Mallesh.
The ensemble cast includes Annapurnamma, Anita Chowdary, Jayaprakash, Ravi Varma, Kasi Viswanath, Thrinadha Rao, Kancherapalem Raju, Suhasan, Vivek Vardhan, Mridula, Gandhi, Lakshman, and London. With story and dialogues penned by Rakhi A, costumes by Roopa and Kiran, choreography by Raj Paide, and PRO work handled by Sai Satish, Rayavalasa is locked and loaded for a grand theatrical outing on December 11.
