  Nanna Kutty Shoot Completed – Vijay Antony’s Rugged First Look Unveiled, Release Planned For August

After impressing audiences with content-oriented films, actor Vijay Antony is gearing up for another emotionally charged entertainer. Teaming up with director Mu. Maran, the actor headlines Appa Kutty, which will release in Telugu as Nanna Kutty. The makers officially announced the completion of the film’s shoot and revealed an intense first-look poster.

The newly released poster presents Vijay Antony in a raw and battered avatar. His face is covered with bruises and injuries, while his fierce expression reflects pain, determination, and emotional intensity. Adding emotional depth to the visual, a little girl is seen resting on his shoulder, hinting at the film’s core father-daughter relationship.

Produced by Meera Vijay Antony and co-produced by Sarvanth Ram Creations under Ramanjaneyulu Javvaji’s banner, Nanna Kutty is said to blend family emotions with action and drama. The makers are aiming to deliver a film that connects with both mass audiences and family viewers alike.

The movie has now wrapped up filming, and post-production activities are progressing rapidly. The team is planning a grand theatrical release in August.

Vijay Antony is expected to showcase a powerful performance balancing emotional sentiment with intense action sequences. The film features an ensemble cast including Preethi Asrani, Lithanya, Bhagavathi Perumal, Haripriya Isai, Aruvi Madhan, Chitra Lakshmanan, Sreeja Ravi, Vettai Muthukumar, Jensan Diwakar, Muruganantham, Munnar Ramesh, and several others in important roles.

On the technical front, Rajeev Raajendran handles cinematography, while Vijay Antony composes the music and also takes care of editing responsibilities. Production design is managed by A Raja.
