EPIC – First Semester has been quietly building curiosity, and now the teaser has taken that excitement to the next level. Promising a feel-good and emotionally rich experience, the film had already grabbed attention with its first single Sancharame, which is trending strongly across platforms. With the teaser now out, expectations have only grown bigger.
At the center of it all are Anand Deverakonda and Vaishnavi Chaitanya, a duo that already enjoys a strong fan following after Baby. This time, they return with a completely new energy and a more mature dynamic, adding freshness to their pairing.
The film is directed by debutant Aditya Haasan, who previously impressed audiences with the 90’s web series. With this project, he steps into feature filmmaking with confidence, and the teaser hints at a promising cinematic voice.
Set against the lively backdrop of London, EPIC – First Semester presents a modern love story that feels relatable and engaging. The narrative seems to explore today’s relationships through contrasting personalities Anand as a reserved introvert and Vaishnavi as a vibrant, expressive extrovert creating an interesting emotional balance.
Music by Hesham Abdul Wahab adds further strength, with Sancharame already striking a chord and boosting anticipation for the film. Backed by strong technical talent, the film features cinematography by Azeem Mohammad, production design by Avinash Kolla, and editing by Navin Nooli.
