 Kartikeya Gummakonda Makes His Directorial Debut With ‘Comeback’

Actor Kartikeya Gummakonda is all set to return to the big screen with an interesting new project titled ‘Comeback’. The film was officially announced on his birthday, September 21, along with a special glimpse.

Kartikeya, who shot to fame with ‘RX 100’, has continued to impress audiences with a variety of roles. He was seen in films like ‘Gang Leader’ and made his Tamil debut with Ajith’s ‘Valimai’.

After a gap of over two years as a lead actor, Kartikeya is now returning with ‘Comeback’. The film is special for another reason as he is making his directorial debut with the project.

The glimpse introduces the story through a voice-over that talks about a boxer returning to action after staying away from the sport for three years. Kartikeya is then shown training, skipping and boxing, giving a clear glimpse of his character and the film’s theme.

Kartikeya appears in a highly fit and intense look, while Vijay Bulganin’s background score adds energy to the glimpse. The title ‘Comeback’ is revealed at the end.

The film is being produced by Lohitha Reddy under the Kartikeya Creative Works banner.
