 “Therachaapa” Gears Up for Release with Grand Pre-Release Event

The upcoming film “Therachaapa”, produced by Kailash Durgam under the Ananya Creations banner and directed by Joel George, is all set to hit theatres on April 17. Starring Naveenraj Sankarapu, Pooja Suhasini, and Sreelu in lead roles, the film has already created a good buzz with its teaser, trailer, and songs.

Ahead of its release, the team held a grand pre-release event with the presence of the cast, crew, and special guests from the industry.

At the event, Rajeev Kanakala praised producer Kailash Durgam for his passion and dedication. He also spoke about the tough shooting conditions, especially filming barefoot on hot beaches. Prithviraj shared that the film is very close to his heart as it realistically portrays the lives of fishermen, and he was happy to act alongside his daughter Sreelu.

Jagadeesh Prathap Bandari spoke about his strong bond with the team and appreciated their hard work. Naga Mahesh mentioned that his role will surprise the audience and show him in a new way.

Producer Kailash Durgam got emotional while thanking his family for their support, saying his love for cinema drove him to make this film. Director Joel George thanked the entire team and audience for their encouragement.

Lead actor Naveenraj Sankarapu shared that the team spent a lot of time near the sea to understand fishermen’s lives for authenticity. He emotionally dedicated the film to his father and expressed confidence in the audience’s support.

Actresses Sreelu and Pooja Suhasini also shared their experiences, saying the shoot was challenging but memorable, especially working in coastal conditions.

With a mix of strong emotions and realistic storytelling, “Therachaapa” is expected to connect well with audiences when it releases on April 17.
