Valentine’s Day Special: Manasantha Nuvve Returns to Theatres in Grand Style
To mark Valentine’s Day, the evergreen romantic classic Manasantha Nuvve is all set for a grand theatrical re-release.
Originally produced by renowned filmmaker M.S. Raju under the Sumant Art Productions banner, the film released in 2001 and went on to become a massive success, winning the hearts of Telugu audiences and completing a remarkable 250-day theatrical run. Starring Uday Kiran, Reema Sen, and Tanuray in lead roles, the film also marked the directorial debut of V.N. Aditya, who presented a tender and emotionally resonant love story.
After a gap of 25 years, the film is being re-released by Prime Show, with Niranjan Reddy and Chaitanya Reddy, along with Sri Matha Creations’ Raghuram Reddy and Ravikant Reddy, jointly bringing it back to the big screen on February 14, celebrating the spirit of love. The re-release team has expressed strong confidence that today’s younger generation will connect deeply with this timeless romance.
The film’s music, composed by R.P. Patnaik, remains one of its biggest highlights. With soulful lyrics by Sirivennela Seetharama Sastry, screenplay and dialogues by the Paruchuri Brothers, choreography by Suchitra Chandrabose, cinematography by S. Gopal Reddy, and art direction by Rajesh Touchriver, the film stands out as a complete musical romance.
