 ZEE5 Unveils Trailer of ‘Nayanam’, a High-Concept Telugu Sci-Fi Psychological Thriller Premiering on December 19

ZEE5 has released the gripping trailer of Nayanam, a new Telugu original that blends psychological tension with an inventive sci-fi concept. Starring Varun Sandesh and Priyanka Jain, the series begins streaming on December 19. The trailer was launched in Hyderabad, where the cast and crew spoke about the uniqueness and ambition of the project.

The story introduces Nayan, a man who can see a person’s present as clearly as a live feed a twist that drives the series into unsettling emotional and psychological territory. Directed by Swathi Prakash Mantripragada, Nayanam marks a bold new direction for Telugu OTT content.

Music director Ajay Arasada said the story instantly inspired him to create a soundscape filled with mystery and psychological depth.

Editor Venkata Krishna shared that shaping the rhythm of the series felt like “slipping into someone’s mind,” making it one of his most fulfilling projects.

Cinematographer Shoaib Siddiqui highlighted the aim of creating visuals that feel grounded yet eerily immersive, fully capturing the series’ mood.
