Grand Trailer & Song Launch of “RK Deeksha”; Panel Shares Views on Film Chamber Elections
The trailer and songs of the upcoming Telugu film “RK Deeksha” were launched in a grand and festive atmosphere. The film is produced under the banners RK Films and Sigdha Creations, with Dr. Pitani Ramakrishna Goud handling both direction and production. DS Reddy is the presenter.
Kiran plays the lead role, while Dhee fame Aqsa Khan and Alekhya Reddy appear as the female leads. Tulasi, Anusha, Keerthana, Pravallika, and Rohit Sharma will be seen in important supporting roles. Music is composed by Raju Kiran, and editing is done by Meghana Srinu.
The launch event was attended by several notable film personalities, including producer Chadalavada Srinivasa Rao and Telugu Film Producers Council Secretary Tummala Prasanna Kumar, along with members of the film fraternity.
Speaking at the event, producer-director Dr. Pitani Ramakrishna Goud thanked the chief guest, dignitaries, and media for their encouragement. He announced that RK Deeksha is slated for a February release. Calling himself a devoted fan of NTR, he said it was a proud moment to make a film inspired by an iconic title associated with the legendary actor. He also revealed that the film features a special song dedicated to martyr Murali Naik, honoring his sacrifice for the nation. Expressing confidence in the team, he said the audience’s support would make the film successful.
Heroine Aqsa Khan expressed her happiness over the positive response to the trailer and songs. She thanked the director for the opportunity and shared that the team worked with great dedication. She also revealed that she contributed as a choreographer in the film and requested the audience to support her journey as both a dancer and an actress.
Producer Tummala Rama Satyanarayana and TFPC Secretary Tummala Prasanna Kumar extended their best wishes to the team and hoped the film would receive good audience appreciation.
Others who spoke at the event, including Mohan Vadlapati, Palli Keshava Rao, Padmini, and Ajay, praised the trailer, music, title, and the tribute song, and wished the film grand success.
Presenter DS Reddy explained that RK Deeksha highlights the life of a jawaan, showcasing the sacrifices and hardships soldiers face at the borders while protecting the nation. He expressed hope that such a meaningful film would be embraced by audiences.
Chief guest Chadalavada Srinivasa Rao said that many great filmmakers and actors emerged from small films. He urged audiences to support content-driven cinema and help RK Deeksha succeed.
On the same occasion, panel members addressed the media regarding the Film Chamber elections. They emphasized the importance of small films in nurturing new talent and maintaining balance in the industry. Stressing unity and fairness, they spoke about the challenges faced by producers and distributors and called for a healthy ecosystem that supports filmmakers of all scales.
