From the very first announcement and the striking first-look poster, Draupathi 2 has carried massive buzz, promising a visually grand and emotionally stirring historical saga. The Tamil-Telugu bilingual, produced by Chola Shakkaravarthi under Netaji Productions in association with G.M Film Corporation, is already being hailed as one of the most ambitious films of the year.

Speaking about the wrap, director Mohan G shared,

“No matter how carefully a filmmaker plans, execution depends entirely on the producer’s support. Though this is Chola Shakkaravarthi sir’s maiden venture, his passion and deep understanding of cinema ensured we never compromised on quality. His trust gave me complete creative freedom.”

Producer Chola Shakkaravarthi added,

“As someone stepping into films from entrepreneurship, I knew how uncertain this industry can be. But working with Mohan G changed my perspective—his clarity, discipline, and planning were a delight. Completing the shoot ahead of schedule gave me confidence to back more projects of this scale. My heartfelt thanks to Richard Rishi and the entire team for their unwavering support.”
