Kona Film Corporation Announces Band Melam Starring Harsh Roshan & Sridevi Apalla – First Beat Out Now!
After winning hearts with Court, the much-loved pair Harsh Roshan and Sridevi Apalla are reuniting to weave magic once again on the big screen. Backed by blockbuster writer Kona Venkat, their new film Band Melam promises to be a soulful celebration of love, music, and emotions.
The film is produced by Kavya and Shravya under the prestigious Kona Film Corporation, with Sivaraju Pranav as co-producer and Mango Mass Media presenting. Directed by Satish Javvaji, Band Melam comes with the tagline “Every Beat Has an Emotion.”
To mark the announcement, the makers unveiled the title glimpse, aptly called First Beat. Set against a melodious backdrop composed by Vijai Bulganin, the glimpse beautifully captures the Telangana essence. It showcases Harsh Roshan in search of Rajamma (Sridevi Apalla), with their playful, dialect-rich exchanges instantly striking a chord with the audience. The glimpse closes on a magical note, leaving viewers humming the tune.
The film also features veteran actor Saikumar in a pivotal role. Strengthening the project is an impressive technical crew: Oscar-winning lyricist Chandrabose crafting the lyrics, Siva Mupparaju penning the screenplay and handling editing, and Satish Mutyala bringing visuals to life as cinematographer.
With a rooted story, cultural richness, and a soul-stirring musical core, Band Melam is shaping up to be a heartwarming love story for today’s generation.
