Daaku Maharaaj’ Grand Success Event on January 22 in Anantapur: God of Masses Nandamuri Balakrishna

“All our distributors will enter the profit zone within the first week itself,” says producer Naga Vamsi.

Daaku Maharaaj, starring Nandamuri Balakrishna, is directed by blockbuster filmmaker Bobby Kolli. Jointly produced by Suryadevara Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya under Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas, in association with Srikara Studios, the film was made on a grand scale. The music is composed by Thaman S, while Bobby Deol, Pragya Jaiswal, Shraddha Srinath, and Urvashi Rautela play pivotal roles.

Released on January 12 as a Sankranti treat, Daaku Maharaaj has taken the box office by storm, collecting over ₹114 crores gross in just five days. This marks the biggest milestone in Balakrishna’s illustrious career.

To celebrate this phenomenal success, the team hosted a success meet at ITC Kohinoor, Hyderabad, expressing gratitude to fans and audiences for making the film a massive hit.

 Nandamuri Balakrishna’s Speech
“I wholeheartedly believe in the blessings of my parents and the love of my fans. These combined forces have resulted in Daaku Maharaaj. This is my fourth consecutive blockbuster, following Akhanda, Veera Simha Reddy, and Bhagavanth Kesari.

Each film I do is a challenge, and this one highlights the importance of water conservation, portraying a Telugu engineer who becomes a savior in Rajasthan.

My heartfelt thanks to audiences worldwide for supporting this film. Director Bobby has brilliantly extracted the best performances from all of us. Special credit goes to Thaman, whose music has been a cornerstone of this film’s success. Fans now affectionately call him ‘Nandamuri Thaman,’ and I officially christen him NBK Thaman!

Shraddha Srinath delivered an extraordinary performance, and Pragya Jaiswal brought life to her role with her stellar acting. My gratitude to producers Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya for their unwavering support. Daaku Maharaaj is proof that Telugu cinema continues to transcend borders.”

 Director Bobby Kolli
“From the beginning, our aim was to make Daaku Maharaaj a landmark in Balakrishna garu’s career. The audience’s overwhelming response is beyond our imagination. Balakrishna garu’s single-take performance in Jaipur, which received applause from over 400 crew members, showcases his unmatched dedication.

I extend my gratitude to Shraddha Srinath, Pragya Jaiswal, and Thaman for their immense contributions. A big thanks to producers Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya for trusting my vision.”
