aha releases a new animation original Christmas Thatha, commemorating Christmas, directed by Rajiv Chilaka
100% Telugu OTT platform aha, a household name for Telugu entertainment, released a new animation original, Christmas Thatha on December 24, commemorating Christmas. This is the second original under aha Kids, an initiative to reiterate the importance of 'our stories and our values' (mana kathalu, mana viluvalu) to the young generation.
Christmas Thatha is directed by Rajiv Chilaka of Green Gold Animation Pvt. Ltd. The story is set in Golkonda Resort, Hyderabad, where several kids along with their parents, pets and teacher come for a vacation a few days before Christmas. Apart from Mighty Raju and his parents, there's Vighnesh and their pets, Mooshik and Moby. Bujji, Chinna, Goli Soda, their teacher Chandramukhi, a cop Lovely Singh, his fiance Titli, a petty thief Anthony, James, Swami, Sandhya, Christopher, Santa are among others who make it to the resort.
What are the children upto? How do their gifts get stolen? Who's their Secret Santa? You're in for a surprise. The animation original brings to the fore the light-hearted dimension of the Christmas season with several lively characters entertaining audiences with their quirks and mischief. After all, what's a festival without fun and frolic?
