Chandu (Balakrishna) is an employee in supermarket.he meets Indu (sonal chauhan) a movie aspirant for whom the villans will be in search of . Chandu will be in an money fraud case in the supermarket from there Chandu face some drastic situations .who is Chandu ?? Who is Indu ?? Forms the remaining story

Balakrishna once again proved with his action packed performance his dialogue delivery is extraordinary. Anjali is good with her performance as sonal chauhan has nothing to do with the story. Sriwas direction is good but with unwanted scenes and characters .comedy with prudhvi gave few laughs in d first half as second half has no pace of comedy . Thaman music is good as the background music in the flash back give the audience a glimpse of stalin movie.
Verdict :
Finally dictator is an one man show of Balakrishna few scenes are entertaining Balakrishna fans will enjoy this film
