On the instructions of AP DGP , AP Police carried out massive simultaneous raids across AP in various towns against notorious Piracy syndicates and camcorders and confiscated very large scale dvd replicating equipment , lakhs of pirated labels and other incriminating material. Police is on the look out for the above mentioned absconding pirates and camcorders in Chennai and Banglore . Anti Video Piracy Cell team of Telugu Film Chamber of Commerce assisted the Police in these raids which are unprecedented in their scale and intensity. The raids are continuing and will continue for the next few days as per sources
