SVBC Employees Thank Chairman Sridhar Varma for Taking Up Long-Pending Salary Hike Issue
SVBC employees have expressed their gratitude to Chairman Sridhar Varma for taking the initiative to address their long-pending salary increment issue and helping facilitate a favourable resolution.
Soon after assuming charge as SVBC Chairman, Sridhar Varma held an interaction with the employees during his first meeting with them last month. During the discussion, the employees brought several workplace concerns to his notice, with the pending salary revisions emerging as one of their key issues.
Taking the matter seriously, Sridhar Varma raised the issue with Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu, Minister Nara Lokesh, Endowments Minister Anam Ramanarayana Reddy and District In-charge Minister Anagani Satya Prasad.
He also pursued the matter with SVBC MD and TTD EO Mudda Ravichandra, Additional EO C. Venkayya Chowdary, TTD SVBC CEO Dr. A. Sarath and Tirupati TTD JEO Prabhala Gopi Chand (Education and Medical), seeking their cooperation in resolving the employees' concerns.
Following the discussions and positive response from the concerned authorities, steps were taken to clear the issue related to the pending salary increments. The employees welcomed the development and expressed happiness over receiving the benefit of the salary revision.
Sridhar Varma conveyed his appreciation to Mudda Ravichandra, Dr. A. Sarath and Prabhala Gopi Chand for their cooperation and support in addressing the matter. He also thanked all those who responded positively to the employees' concerns.
The SVBC staff appreciated Sridhar Varma for responding promptly to their request and personally following up on the issue. They said that his understanding of local issues and familiarity with the difficulties faced by employees helped him take up their concerns effectively.
The employees thanked Sridhar Varma for standing by them and making efforts to ensure that their long-pending salary increment issue reached a positive conclusion.
