Veerabhadruni Rahasyam Returns with Season 1 Part 2 on September 9
The mystery of Veerabhadrapuram is all set to continue. Veerabhadruni Rahasyam – From the World of Marmadesam, the popular Telugu ZEE5 Original, is returning with Season 1 Part 2 on September 9. The series has crossed 300 million viewing minutes and emerged as the most-watched Telugu long-format show of the year.
After completing its first 30 episodes, the series will now continue with five new episodes every Wednesday on Telugu ZEE5.
Set in the mysterious village of Veerabhadrapuram, the show revolves around faith, superstition, unexplained deaths and hidden secrets. Vennela, played by Annie, refuses to accept the beliefs followed by the villagers and starts looking for answers. Her search gradually leads her towards a much bigger mystery involving crime, manipulation and secrets buried for years.
The series has also attracted viewers because of its connection with Marmadesam, the popular 1990s television show. Created as a tribute to the vision of K. Balachander garu, Veerabhadruni Rahasyam brings back the nostalgic feel of Marmadesam while telling a fresh story rooted in Telugu culture.
The show has also received appreciation from celebrities including Niharika Konidela and Nagababu Konidela. Niharika encouraged audiences to watch the series on ZEE5, while Nagababu, after watching it himself, praised the show and its connection to the much-loved Marmadesam.
Directed by Bheemagani Sreevardhan Reddy, the series stars Annie as Vennela, Raghu Kunche as Yoganandam, Raghu as Karthikeya, SI Ravi as Abhinav, Kamal Thumu as Dr. Nanda, Sireesha as Simhavalli, Anuradha as Nanchari, Balachandra as Gurunadhan, Kalki as Brahmam and Harvin Reddy as Young Karthikeya.
The technical team includes DOP Subhash, Music Director Sudha Srinivas, Editor Ragam Satya Nitish, Screenplay Writer Rudarraju Chanakya Varma and Dialogue Writer Anjan Megoti.
With its strong viewership and growing fan base, Veerabhadruni Rahasyam has become one of the notable successes for Telugu ZEE5. The series has managed to connect the nostalgia of Marmadesam with a new generation of Telugu viewers through its mystery-driven story.
