A series of deaths are being written off as accidents. But when the same pattern starts repeating, one police officer decides to dig deeper. What he discovers leads to a dangerous criminal network and a mystery much bigger than he imagined.
ZEE5 is all set to premiere ‘Panchanama’, a six-episode Telugu Original investigative thriller, exclusively on September 11, 2026.
Directed by Mohan Srivatsa, the series features Bharath Srinivasan as Jai Ram, a sincere and determined police officer. Jai refuses to believe the official version of his younger brother’s death and begins looking for answers on his own.
His personal investigation soon connects with several other unexplained deaths. As Jai revisits cases that were previously declared accidental, he finds shocking clues, hidden connections and evidence that points towards planned murders.
The discovery of severed arms and fingerprints linked to multiple people takes the investigation into an even darker direction. With every new clue, Jai gets closer to a dangerous conspiracy while also uncovering secrets connected to his own past.

Along with Bharath Srinivasan, the series stars Shivaji Raja, Medha Reddy, Charan Babu, Rupa Lakshmi, Radhika Priti, Surya and Srija in key roles.
‘Panchanama’ is produced by Midde Vijayendra Mouli and Udaya Bhanu under Udaya Bhanu Productions. Nagendra Pilla has penned the screenplay and dialogues, while the story is credited to ZEE. Naresh Kumaran is the music director, Srinivas Bainaboyina is the editor and Sandeep Kanth.N is the cinematographer.
With its mix of mystery, crime, emotion and investigative drama, ‘Panchanama’ promises to keep viewers guessing until the very end.
