Fashion Designer Bhavana Polepalli Thanks Udaya Bhanu for Supporting Her Talent
Popular anchor, actress and producer Udaya Bhanu has ventured into series production with Panchanama, a six-episode series now streaming on ZEE5 from September 11. Directed by Mohan Srivatsa, the series recently hosted a preview press meet ahead of its release.
During the event, Udaya Bhanu appreciated fashion designer Bhavana Polepalli, who worked on the costumes for the series. She praised Bhavana for her dedication and passion towards the project.
Udaya Bhanu said that Bhavana continued to stay on the sets even after completing her costume-related work because she was genuinely interested in the series. She also appreciated Bhavana for supporting the team throughout the shoot and said that young talents with such dedication can achieve great heights.
Speaking at the event, Bhavana Polepalli expressed her gratitude to Udaya Bhanu for recognising her work and giving her the opportunity to be part of Panchanama.
Bhavana said she had earlier worked on projects including Ugly Story, Life and Thank You Dear, where she contributed as a costume designer. She added that Udaya Bhanu trusted her work and gave her the freedom to contribute creatively on the sets.
Bhavana also thanked Udaya Bhanu, her husband Vijay, Udaya Bhanu Productions, ZEE5, director Mohan Srivatsa, Chief Co-Director Balakrishna and the entire production and technical teams for their support.
Sharing her experience, Bhavana said she personally witnessed the challenges faced by a woman producer while working on the series. She added that she put in her best efforts to make Panchanama a strong project and expressed hope that more women will step into production in the future.
Panchanama is currently streaming on ZEE5. Bhavana urged audiences to watch and support the series while also recognising the hard work of the technicians behind it.
