Prime Video to Stream Drishyam 3 Worldwide from June 18

Prime Video has announced the exclusive global streaming premiere of Drishyam 3 on June 18. The latest installment in the hugely popular thriller franchise will be available in Malayalam, along with dubbed versions in Telugu, Tamil, and Kannada, for viewers in India and over 200 countries and territories worldwide.

Written and directed by Jeethu Joseph, Drishyam 3 is presented by Pen Studios and Panorama Studios and produced by Antony Perumbavoor under Aashirvad Cinemas. The film brings back the beloved cast, including Mohanlal, Meena, and Siddique, as it continues the gripping story of George Kutty and his family.

After a successful theatrical run, the film is set to reach a wider audience through Prime Video. The release is also part of Prime Video's special Prime Day entertainment lineup.

The story picks up years after the events of Drishyam 2. George Kutty appears to be living a stable life and has even turned his past experiences into a successful film. However, old secrets begin to resurface when two journalists start investigating the real events that inspired the movie. As new threats emerge and danger closes in on his family, George Kutty is once again forced to use his intelligence and courage to protect those he loves.

Speaking about the film, Manish Menghani, Director and Head of Content Licensing at Prime Video India, said the Drishyam franchise has become a landmark in Indian cinema, winning audiences across languages and generations. He added that Prime Video is proud to bring the latest chapter of this iconic story to viewers around the world.

Director Jeethu Joseph said Drishyam 3 explores George Kutty's emotional and psychological journey more deeply than ever before. He explained that the film focuses not only on the choices George makes but also on the personal cost of living with the consequences of those decisions.

Mohanlal shared that George Kutty remains one of his most cherished characters. He said the franchise's success comes from its strong emotional foundation of family, love, and survival, and expressed happiness that audiences globally will now be able to watch the film on Prime Video.
