RS Infotainment’s MANDAADI Shoot Completed  -Post-Production Begins

RS Infotainment, headed by Elred Kumar, has successfully wrapped up the shooting of its upcoming sports action drama MANDAADI. The film was shot over a long schedule, with a significant portion filmed in the coastal areas of Ramanathapuram. Despite challenging weather and terrain, the team worked hard to capture the story with a realistic and intense feel. The film features a mix of action, emotional moments, and visually rich sailboat race sequences.

Directed by Mathimaran Pugazhendhi, MANDAADI is set against a unique sports backdrop rooted in coastal life. With filming now complete, the project has moved into post-production, where editing, sound design, VFX, and music work are currently in progress.

Soori plays the lead role and is said to have undergone strong physical preparation for the character. His performance is expected to be a key highlight. The film also marks the Tamil debut of Suhas, who takes on a negative-shaded role with a complete transformation. He dedicated nearly 100 days to the film, showing strong commitment to his character.

Mahima Nambiar appears as the female lead, while experienced actors Sathyaraj, Ravindra Vijay, Mithun, and Bala Saravanan play important supporting roles, adding strength to the cast.

The technical team includes music composer G. V. Prakash Kumar, cinematographer S. R. Kathir, editor Pradeep E. Raghav, and production designer D. R. K. Kiran. Action sequences are handled by Peter Hein, Dilip Subbarayan, and Mahesh Mathew.

The story of MANDAADI is set in the world of coastal fishing communities. The title refers to a skilled leader who guides fishing trips using deep knowledge of the sea, winds, and tides  a theme that forms the emotional core of the film.

After generating interest with its first look, MANDAADI is now progressing steadily towards its next phase, with more updates expected soon.
