‘Chai Wala’ Title Song Launched; Film Releasing on February 6
The title song of the upcoming Telugu film ‘Chai Wala’, starring Shiva Kandukuri in the lead, was launched on Friday as part of the film’s promotions. The movie is produced by Radha V Papudippu under Harshika Productions, with Venkat R Papudippu as co-producer. Pramod Harsha is the writer and director, while music is composed by Prashanth R Vihari. The film is set to hit theatres on February 6.
The launch event was attended by chief guests City Commissioner VC Sajjanar, Niloufer founder Baburao, and KIMS MD Ravi Kiran Varma.
Speaking at the event, VC Sajjanar said tea has become an important part of everyone’s life and appreciated the title song. He said the film features a young hero like Shiva Kandukuri along with experienced actors such as Rajeev Kanakala. He also praised Niloufer Baburao as an inspiration and urged everyone to watch the film in theatres on February 6 and make it a success.
Niloufer founder Baburao said tea played a major role in his journey and added that tea is an emotion for many people. He said he felt happy that the film is titled ‘Chai Wala’ and wished the team great success and recognition.
KIMS MD Ravi Kiran Varma said the film is made with an emotion that connects with everyone and also highlights the father-and-son relationship. He wished the team all the best.
Niloufer Café MD Shashank said the title itself attracted his father Baburao to attend the event. He shared that the film will showcase father-and-son emotions in a strong way and extended his best wishes to the team.
Actor-producer Raj Kandukuri said ‘Chai Wala’ has a powerful father-and-son emotional track, along with a unique bond between tea and the shop owner. He appreciated director Pramod Harsha for writing the story well and praised Rajeev Kanakala’s performance. He also said the songs, background score, editing, and lyrics have come out well, and promised audiences will see a new side of Shiva Kandukuri. He requested everyone to watch the film on February 6 and support it through word of mouth.
Hero Shiva Kandukuri said the film carries emotions that everyone can relate to, including the feelings people often don’t express within families.
