Seetha Prayanam Krishna Tho, produced under the Khushi Talkies banner, is presented by East West Entertainments. The film is directed by Devender and bankrolled by Dr. Roja Bharathi, who also plays the female lead. Dinesh, Dr. Roja Bharathi, Rakhi Sharma, Sumanth, and Anupama star in key roles. Ravindra handles cinematography, while Saravanan Vasudevan provides the music. Rajendra serves as co-director, and Pixel Parrot manages post-production. The movie is all set for a grand release on the 14th of this month. Here’s a complete review of how the film holds up.

Story

The film revolves around the fragile emotional space shared between a husband and wife in today’s fast-paced world. Krish (Dinesh), a software employee, falls for Seetha (Dr. Roja Bharathi) at first sight, and the two get married. After relocating to the city for work, Krish becomes close to Radhika (Rakhi Sharma), a colleague whose friendship slowly turns into an affair.

Caught in this whirlpool, Krish begins to drift away from Seetha, leaving her lonely and hurt. Misunderstandings deepen, and Seetha eventually makes a life-altering decision without Krish’s knowledge. How this choice impacts their relationship, whether Krish realizes his mistakes, and whom he ultimately chooses forms the core of the emotional narrative.

Performances

Dinesh delivers a surprisingly mature performance for his debut, handling both emotional and light-hearted moments with ease. Dr. Roja Bharathi shines as Seetha—her expressions, screen presence, and emotional depth elevate the character beyond expectations.

Rakhi Sharma, despite being new, performs confidently as Radhika and portrays her role convincingly. Sumanth adds comedic relief and keeps the narrative lively. The rest of the cast performs their parts effectively, ensuring the film stays engaging.

Technical Aspects

Director Devender brings relatable slices of marital life to the screen, making viewers reflect on their own relationships and day-to-day misunderstandings. Saravanan Vasudevan’s music complements the mood of the film, while Ravindra’s cinematography captures intimate moments effectively, although the overall visual quality could have been sharper.

Editing by Vishwanath is neat, and the production values from Dr. Rajeev and Dr. Roja Bharathi appear rich on screen. Despite minor shortcomings like dubbing issues, the technical team delivers a satisfying package.

Verdict

Seetha Prayanam Krishna Tho is a heartfelt take on modern marital relationships, showcasing the consequences of neglect, misunderstandings, and emotional drift. Backed by good performances and a relatable storyline, the film offers wholesome entertainment for audiences looking for a message-driven family drama.

Despite a few visual and dubbing flaws, it manages to engage and entertain.
