Manchu Manoj Launches His Own Music Label Mohana Raga Music
Known for his energetic performances and unique on-screen presence, Manoj has earned a strong identity in Telugu cinema with films like Bindaas, Current Theega, Potugadu, and several intense and experimental roles. Alongside acting, music has always been a close part of his life.
Manoj has previously showcased his musical side by singing “Pyar Mein Padipoya” (Potugadu), releasing the motivational track Antha Baguntamra during the COVID period, and writing lyrics for songs like Pistha Pistha, Yenno Yenno, and Pranam Poye Badha.His powerful, emotional voice and creative instincts have always stood out. He has also contributed behind the scenes to music and action direction in his family’s films, even collaborating internationally on the Hollywood movie Basmati Blues.
With Mohana Raga Music, Manoj aims to create a platform that supports fresh musical talent, innovative sounds, and original independent music with a global vision. The name holds personal significance, being a favorite raga of both Manoj and his father, Dr. Mohan Babu.
The label will soon announce exciting singles, collaborations, and a massive international project set to take Telugu music to worldwide audiences.
