Producer Bunny Vas Praises Vijay Deverakonda and Team at The Girlfriend Success Meet
The team of The Girlfriend celebrated the film’s success with a grand event attended by several Telugu film personalities. Vijay Deverakonda’s presence brought extra warmth and excitement to the occasion.
Speaking at the event, producer Bunny Vas thanked Vijay and said, “For the world he is Vijay Deverakonda, but for us he is our Bangaru Konda (Golden Hill).” He appreciated Vijay’s gesture of attending the event out of his close bond with Geetha Arts.
The Girlfriend, produced under the Geetha Arts banner and presented by Allu Aravind, released on November 7 and has been receiving an excellent response for its emotional depth, relatable characters, and strong performances.
Bunny Vas praised Rashmika Mandanna, saying her performance in the climax stood out as one of the film’s biggest highlights and deeply moved audiences. He also appreciated director Rahul Ravindran, mentioning that his commitment and clear vision played a major role in the film’s success.
He complimented actor Dikshit Shetty as well, saying that his character has become a frequent talking point among viewers because of his impactful performance.
Sharing a fun moment, Bunny Vas said, “After watching the film, my wife held my shoulder and walked me out. That’s when I felt I must be a really good husband!”
