  Sampoornesh Babu Promises More Entertaining Films at "Hrudaya Kaleyam" 11th Anniversary Press Meet  

Hyderabad: Celebrating 11 years since the release of Hrudaya Kaleyam, actor Sampoornesh Babu expressed his gratitude to the audience and the film's team at a special anniversary press meet.  

The cult hit, directed by Sai Rajesh, marked Sampoornesh Babu’s entry into cinema and earned him the title of "Burning Star." Reflecting on his journey, he said, "Many dream of making it in the film industry, and I consider myself fortunate to have received the love and recognition of the audience. Sai Rajesh Anna, who started as Narasimha Chari from a small village, turned me into Sampoornesh Babu through Hrudaya Kaleyam. I will always be indebted to him and Amrutha Productions. He has assured me that, although it may take time, he will collaborate with me again on another film."  

He fondly recalled how a tweet from director Rajamouli during the film’s release brought him widespread recognition. "Whenever I meet him, he always asks, 'How are you?' If I ever get an opportunity to act in his film, it would be a dream come true," he said.  

Sampoornesh Babu also acknowledged the support of industry figures like Sundeep Kishan’s brother Maruthi and veteran filmmaker Tammareddy Bharadwaja, who encouraged him during his early days. "Even after 11 years, people still talk about Hrudaya Kaleyam, which makes me very happy. Over the years, I’ve had the chance to play a variety of roles, both as a hero and a character artist."  

On the work front, he announced the upcoming release of his next film Sodara on April 25th, along with two other projects in the pipeline. While he is known for his comedic roles, he expressed a desire to take on more serious characters in the future.  

Addressing his time on Bigg Boss, he shared, "Many told me I should have stayed longer, but I couldn’t adjust to that environment due to my lifestyle." He also spoke about his charitable contributions, saying, "Giving back to society gives me immense satisfaction."  

Despite his success, Sampoornesh Babu remains grounded. "I once thought owning a car would be a big achievement, but thanks to the opportunities given to me by Sai Rajesh, I have now traveled by flight."  

As he looks ahead, he promised his fans, "I am excited to bring more entertaining films to the audience soon."
