 Kushal Raju’s Debut Film Under MSR Creations Launched Grandly; Mallidi Krishna Makes His Directorial Debut  

A new scifi drama is set to hit the screens, introducing Kushal Raju as the lead under the banner of MSR Creations. Helmed by debutant director Mallidi Krishna, the film was officially launched with a grand pooja ceremony at Annapurna Studios on Monday. The event saw the presence of several prominent film personalities, including acclaimed directors VV Vinayak, Mallidi Vashishta, and SV Krishna Reddy, alongside producers Achireddy and Bellamkonda Suresh.  

VV Vinayak gave the first clap, while SV Krishna Reddy and Achireddy handed over the script. Mallidi Vashishta directed the first shot, marking an auspicious start to the project. Renowned music composer Sri Charan Pakala will be scoring the film’s soundtrack.  

Speaking at the event, director Mallidi Krishna expressed his excitement, stating, “My journey began in 2012, and after overcoming many hurdles, I finally stand before you as a director. I must first thank our producer, Lata Garu, for believing in me. It’s rare to find such a supportive producer. This is a scifi drama, and in today’s OTTdriven world, it takes courage to bring such a story to life. We will be revealing more details in upcoming events.”  

Senior actor Prithviraj shared his excitement, saying, “After Pelli movie, I’ve been part of projects with grand openings, but this one feels truly special. I even changed my hairstyle specifically for this role. I play a positive character, and when the director narrated the script, I was instantly excited. After Animal, this film marks the real beginning of my second innings. I’m currently involved in 19 projects, and I can confidently say this one is among the best. Director Krishna is immensely talented—I realized it firsthand during our photoshoot. This film is bound to be a big success.”  

Expressing his gratitude, Kushal Raju said, “I want to sincerely thank my director, Krishna. My mother, Lata Garu, took great care in ensuring my debut as a hero happened in the best way possible. I also extend my heartfelt thanks to VV Vinayak Garu, Bellamkonda Srinivas Garu, and our entire team.”  

Producer Dr. Lata Raju shared her thoughts on stepping into filmmaking, saying, “I have no prior experience as a producer, but I took up this responsibility for my son’s dream. When the director narrated the story, I found it refreshing and unique. Prithvi Garu’s role is brilliantly written, and the film will offer the perfect balance of comedy, love, and entertainment. Bobby has been a pillar of strength for this project, and Prithvi Garu has been a great guide to him. I thank my entire team and all the esteemed guests who graced this occasion.”  

Fight master Jeevan was all praise for the project, stating, “Words can’t do justice to how fantastic this story is. I was genuinely shocked when I first heard it—it’s that good! Our hero is deeply invested in his role, undergoing intense body transformation and training hard for this film.
