AP Cinematography Minister Kandula Durgesh Visits Ram Pothineni on #RAPO22 Sets in Rajahmundry
Ustaad Ram Pothineni is currently working with talented young director Mahesh Babu P on his 22nd film, tentatively titled #RAPO22. Produced by the renowned Mythri Movie Makers, with Naveen Yerneni and Ravi Shankar Yalamanchili backing the project, the film is progressing at a brisk pace. The second schedule recently commenced in Rajahmundry.
During the shoot, Andhra Pradesh’s Cinematography and Tourism Minister, Kandula Durgesh, paid a visit to the #RAPO22 set. He interacted with Ram Pothineni and the film’s crew, spending nearly an hour at the location.
The Minister expressed his admiration for Ram’s exceptional dancing skills, likening his energy to that of a "rubber spring." He also highlighted Andhra Pradesh’s stunning tourist attractions, particularly along the Godavari River, emphasizing how films shot in such scenic locations have often achieved great success. Extending his best wishes to the entire team, he hoped #RAPO22 would follow the same path.
The film’s second schedule began in Rajahmundry two weeks ago. Upon his arrival at the airport, Ram Pothineni received a grand welcome from fans, who greeted him with massive garlands made of banana stems.
Starring Bhagyashri Borse as the female lead, #RAPO22 boasts a strong technical team. Avinash Kolla serves as the Production Designer, Sreekar Prasad as the Editor, and Madhu Neelakandan as the Cinematographer. The film’s music is composed by Vivek-Mervin, with Cherry overseeing the project as CEO.
With Mahesh Babu P handling the story, screenplay, and direction, #RAPO22 is shaping up to be an exciting cinematic venture under Mythri Movie Makers' banner.
