‘Dhagad Pilla’ Lyrical Video from Gandhi Tatha Chettu Released

 

"Gandhi Tatha Chettu," directed by Padmavati Malladi, is an emotional tale of a 13-year-old girl inspired by Mahatma Gandhi’s principles as she strives to save her village. Starring Sukrithi Veni Bandreddy, the film highlights themes of non-violence, unity, and compassion in today’s divided world. Releasing worldwide on January 24, 2025, the film features critically acclaimed music by Reet and has already earned accolades at international film festivals.

The much-anticipated film Gandhi Tatha Chettu continues to make waves with the release of the lyrical video for its song "Dhagad Pilla." Directed by Padmavati Malladi, this film marks the debut of Sukrithi Veni Bandreddy, the talented daughter of renowned filmmaker Sukumar Bandreddy. Produced collaboratively by Mythri Movie Makers, Sukumar Writings, and Gopi Talkies, the project is presented by Tabitha Sukumar, with Naveen Yerneni, Yalamanchili Ravishankar, and Shesha Sindhu Rao as producers.

Gandhi Tatha Chettu has already garnered critical acclaim at various international film festivals, winning multiple awards, including a Best Child Actor honor for Sukrithi Veni. The film is set to release worldwide on January 24, 2025.

Recently, superstar Mahesh Babu launched the film’s trailer, which has received widespread praise. Adding to the excitement, the lyrical video of "Dhagad Pilla," penned by Kasarla Shyam and composed by Reet, has been released. Sung by Rahul Sipligunj, the song beautifully captures the rural charm of Telangana.
