Ramesh Chinnamula, who has been working as a journalist in the film industry for the past 20 years, has obtained his doctorate in the field of "Mass Communication".
Department of Mass Communication, Telangana University Ph. D as a research student under the supervision of Prof. K. Siva Shankar “ AN ANALYTICAL STUDY ON THE DEPICTION OF SOCIAL ISSUES IN SHYAM BENGAL FILMS: THE TELANGANA CONTEXT ” Researched the topic and made a thesis. On this occasion, he was felicitated by Padma Bhushan Megastar Dr. Chiranjeevi, who is his inspiration.
On this occasion, Megastar Chiranjeevi responded, " Dr. Ramesh Chinnamula garu....with perseverance Ph.D. Congratulations on your achievement. As you respond to me…… I am not only happy but also proud to have a doctorate to not only go to the highest level in film journalism but also to inspire so many people. Your persistence and initiative will inspire future generations. May the Lord bless you with long life, health and happiness," he offered a congratulatory blessing.
Dr. Ramesh Chinnamula said with the appreciation given by Megastar, " Happy to be the first film journalist to get Ph. D degree In mass communication in the history of Telugu cinema. At the beginning of my career , when I met the Megastar for an interview during the shooting time of ' Stalin ' , the words and encouragement given by him were Inspired to do Ph.D. The hospitality, support and encouragement has shown by him when I met Megastar recently, will never be forgotten. I am indebted for the rest of my life to the film industry which gave me this opportunity and luck," he said. And also Dr. Ramesh Chinnamula thanked fellow film journalists , Journalist Prabhu , L. Pradeep , Prof. K. Siva Shankar , Director of Language and Culture, department of the Telangana government Mamidi Harikrishna and film personalities.
