100% Telugu OTT platform aha takes viewers down the memory lane and lets them soak into the madness and innocence of first love with their upcoming web series Tharagathi Gadhi Daati. The five-episode show is an official remake of TVF's original FLAMES and is directed by Pelli Gola-fame filmmaker Mallik Ram. Tharagathi Gadhi Daati, starring Harshith Reddy, Payal Radhakrishna and Nikhil Devadula in key roles, premieres on the platform on August 20. Ahead of its global premiere, aha has unveiled a funny, heartwarming trailer of the teenage romance, leaving audiences craving for more.

The trailer introduces us to the world of Krishna a.k.a Kittu, the only son of a couple that runs a small-time tuition centre in Rajahmundry. Krishna is a sincere student whose heart, however, isn't in academics. The distracted youngster has a passion for food and aims to become a chef, but is constantly discouraged by his father who keeps reiterating 'life is not a joke'. Soon, he is head over heels in love with a new student in the centre, Jasmine. Kittu and Jasmine spend time with each other, bunk classes and the former even seeks tips from his friends to propose to his love interest. Will their relationship go the distance?

Tharagathi Gadhi Daati explores the priceless joys, conflicts and confusions of teenage years through the eyes of its happy-go-lucky lead character Kittu. From his friendships to his teenage romance and the fight to chase his ambition, the show chronicles Kittu's life in alluring detail. Tharagathi Gadhi Daati is a fine potpourri of humour, emotion and drama that has something for everyone. The show's video song, teaser and first look have garnered unanimously positive responses all over.
