Promising young hero Sreenivas Bellamkonda is on a different zone. The actor who created a niche for himself in Tollywood by attracting audiences with his mass and action entertainers with a variety of themes. Developed his own image as a mass hero, Sreenivas Bellamkonda will next be seen in his maiden Bollywood flick Chatrapathi which is getting ready for a summer release. Sreenivas Bellamkonda will be joining forces with director Saagar Chandra who previously directed Power Star Pawan Kalyan in the blockbuster Bheemla Nayak. మీ నేపధ్యం, సినిమా ప్రయాణం గురించి చెప్పండి ?

మాది పెద్దపల్లి దగ్గర సింగరేణి కోటర్స్. మా నాన్నగారు సింగరేణి ఎంప్లాయ్. నేను టెన్త్ క్లాస్ లో వున్నప్పుడు సుకుమార్ గారి ‘జగడం‘ చూశాను. ఆ సినిమా నాపై చాలా ప్రభావం చూపింది. ఫిల్మ్ మేకింగ్ పై ఆసక్తి పెరిగింది. సుకుమార్ గారి దగ్గర చేరాలంటే నాకు మరో మార్గం లేదు. ఆయన ఇంటి ఎదురుగా నిలుచునే వాడిని. ఓ నాలుగేళ్ళు అలా గడిచాక ఒక రోజు ఆయన పిలిచి ఒక షార్ట్ ఫిల్మ్ తీసుకొని రమ్మని చెప్పారు. నేను చేసిన షార్ట్ ఫిల్మ్ ఆయనకి నచ్చింది. అలా ‘నాన్నకు ప్రేమతో’ సినిమాకి డైరెక్షన్ డిపార్ట్మెంట్ లో చేరాను. రంగస్థలం తర్వాత బయటికి వచ్చి ఈ కథని రాసుకున్నాను. అక్కడికి వెళ్దాం అనే గ్యాప్ లోనే సుధాకర్ గారు కథ విన్నారు.

దసరా కథ ఆలోచన ఎప్పుడు వచ్చింది.. నాని గారి కోసమే రాసుకున్నారా ?

దసరా నేను చిన్నప్పటి నుంచి విన్న కథ. నిజ జీవితంలో జరిగిన ఒక సంఘటనని ఆధారంగా చేసుకొని ఈ కథని రాసుకున్నా. తర్వాత నాని అన్న వచ్చారు. దసరాలో కనిపించే వీర్లపల్లి మా నాన్నమ్మ గారి ఊరు. నా బాల్యం అంతా అక్కడే గడిచింది. సెలవుల్లో అక్కడే గడిపేవాడిని. ఆ ఊరి ప్రభావం నాపై చాలా వుంది. అక్కడ జరిగిన ఓ సంఘటన ఆధారంగా అల్లుకున్న కథ దసరా. నేను సుధాకర్ గారికి కథ చెప్పాను. ఆయన నాని అన్నకు చెప్పమన్నారు. అలా దసరా కాంబినేషన్ కుదిరింది.

‘దసరా’ ది తెలంగాణ నేపధ్యం. కీర్తి సురేష్ తో ఆ యాస చెప్పించడం కష్టంగా అనిపించిందా ?

లేదండీ. కీర్తి సురేష్ గారిది సూపర్ బ్రెయిన్ పవర్. ఏదైనా చెబితే ఐదు నిమిషాల్లో పట్టేస్తుంది. పెద్ద ఒత్తిడి కూడా తీసుకోదు. ఇంత త్వరగా నేర్చుకుంటుంటే నేనే షాక్ అయ్యా. డబ్బింగ్ కూడా అద్భుతంగా చెప్పింది.

దసరా పాన్ ఇండియా విడుదలౌతుంది కదా.. ఒత్తిడి ఉందా ?

పాన్ ఇండియా అనే భయం లేదు. అయితే అన్ని భాషల్లో విడుదల చేస్తున్నపుడు అన్ని భాషల్లో క్యాలిటీ అవుట్ పుట్ ఇవ్వాలన్నదానిపైనే ద్రుష్టి పెట్టాను.

‘దసరా’ లో నాని గెటప్ కి అల్లు అర్జున్ పుష్ప పాత్ర స్ఫూర్తి ఏమైనా వుందా ?

’లేదండీ. 2018 దసరా రోజు నాని అన్నకు ఈ కథ చెప్పాను. అప్పుడే ఈ సినిమా టైటిల్ దసరా అని చెప్పాను. అప్పటికి పుష్ప ఫస్ట్ లుక్ బయటికి రాలేదు. సుకుమార్ గారు ఏం చేస్తున్నారో నాకు తెలీదు. లాంగ్ హెయిర్, గెడ్డం పెంచమని నాని అన్నకి చెప్పాను. ఆ రోజుస్కెచ్ వేసి లుక్ అని ఫిక్స్ అయ్యాం. పుష్ప వచ్చినపుడు కూడా .. ధరణి లుక్ ని మనం ముందే అనుకున్నాం కదా అని భావించాను. కానీ ఈ రెండికి పోలిక పెడతారని మాత్రం అనుకోలేదు.

దసరాలో హీరోయిన్ గా తెలుగు అమ్మాయి అయితే బావుటుందని అనుకున్నారట ?

అవునండీ. తెలుగు అమ్మాయి కోసం దాదాపు ఎనిమిది నెలలు వెదికా. దొరకలేదు. నేను తెలుగు అమ్మాయని చెప్పినపుడే దొరకరని నాని అన్న ముందే చెప్పారు. దసరాలో యాబై మందికి పైగా నటులని ఊర్ల నుంచి తెచ్చి వారికి శిక్షణ ఇచ్చి యాక్ట్ చేయించాం.

నాని గారి ఇంత మాస్ క్యారెక్టర్ లో ప్రేక్షకులు ఎలా యాక్సప్ట్ చేస్తారనే ఆలోచన వచ్చిందా ? ఇది డేరింగ్ స్టెప్ అనిపించలేదా ?

నాకు ఇలాంటి లెక్కలు వుండవు, తెలీదు. నేను ఎంత నిజాయితీగా సినిమా తీశాననేదే లెక్క చేసుకుంటాను. నిజాయితీగా తీశాం కాబట్టి కథ కోణం నుంచే చూస్తారని భావిస్తున్నాను.

మొదట అనుకున్న బడ్జెట్ కంటే దసరా స్కేల్ పెరిగింది కదా.. ?

మొదటి షెడ్యుల్ పూర్తయిన తర్వాత బడ్జెట్ అనుకున్నదాని కంటే ఎక్కువౌతుందని నాని అన్న కి నాకు, నిర్మాత సుధాకర్ గారికి అర్ధమైయింది. అయితే నిర్మాత సుధాకర్ గారు ఎక్కడా రాజీపడకుండా సినిమాని నిర్మించారు.

దాదాపు 90 శాతం షూటింగ్ సెట్ లో చేయడానికి కారణం ?

లైవ్ లోకేషన్స్ కోసం తిరిగాం. కోల్ మైనస్ కి దగ్గరగా వున్న ఒక వూరుని కూడా ఎంపిక చేశాం. కానీ కొన్ని కారణాల వలన అక్కడ షూటింగ్ చేయడం కుదరలేదు. వందరోజుల పైగా షూటింగ్ అంటే లైవ్ లోకేషన్స్ లో కష్టం. క్రౌడ్ ని కంట్రోల్ చేయడం, మనికి అనూకులంగా లోకేషన్స్ రెడీ చేయడం అంత ఈజీ కాదు. అందుకే సెట్ లో షూట్ చేయాల్సివచ్చింది.

సూరి పాత్రకు దీక్షిత్ శెట్టి ని తీసుకోవడానికి కారణం?

మొదట చాలా మందిని అనుకున్నాం. మీట్ క్యూట్ వెబ్ సిరిస్ చూశాను. నచ్చాడు. ఆడిషన్స్ బాగా ఇచ్చాడు. రా కూడా వున్నాడు. మరో ఆలోచన లేకుండా తీసుకున్నాం.

మీ గురువు గారు సుకుమార్ గారి కి సినిమా చూపించారా ?

ఇంకా లేదండీ. ట్రైలర్ టీజర్ చూశారు. ఆయనకి చాలా నచ్చింది.

సంతోష్ నారాయణ్ మ్యూజిక్ గురించి ?

సంతోష్ నారాయణ్ దర్శకుడికి స్పెష్ ఇచ్చే కంపోజర్. మాకు వేవ్ లెంత్ సెట్ అయ్యింది. దూం ధాం పాటకు వూర్లో నుంచి ముఫ్ఫై మంది డప్పులు వాయించే వాళ్ళని తీసుకొచ్చాను. ఆ ట్యూన్ అలా తయారు చేశాం. దర్శకుడిని అర్ధం చేసుకునే సంగీత దర్శకుడాయన. అన్ని పాటలకు మంచి ఆదరణ లభించింది

సత్యన్ గారు బ్రిలియంట్ కెమరామెన్. ఆయన దగ్గర చాలా విషయాలు నేర్చుకున్నాను. చాలా హెల్ప్ అయ్యారు.

Victory Venkatesh’s landmark 75th film Saindhav under the direction of the very talented Sailesh Kolanu and produced prestigiously by Venkat Boyanapalli under the banner of Niharika Entertainment went on floors recently. It’s a lengthy schedule and the shoot is presently happening in Hyderabad with Venkatesh and others taking part in the shoot.

Even though the movie is in the initial stages of production, the makers announced the release date of the movie. Saindhav will have a grand release worldwide on December 22nd and the movie will enjoy the long weekend, as it’s a holiday on the first Monday that is on Dec 25th (Christmas). Venkatesh can be seen sitting on top of a container with a machine gun in his hand. We can observe some explosives on the container. Venkatesh appears stern in the poster.

The makers earlier released title poster and a glimpse of the movie where Venkatesh appeared in an intense avatar.

Saindhavi is being made on a large scale with a massive budget and this is the most expensive movie for Venkatesh. Bollywood versatile actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui is making his Tollywood debut with the movie that will feature several prominent actors. It is a star-studded film with an eminent team of technicians handling different crafts.

Santosh Narayanan helms the music. S Manikandan cranks the camera, while Garry BH is the editor and Avinash Kolla is the production designer. Kishore Thallur is the co-producer.

The makers will announce the other cast soon. Saindhav is a Pan India movie that will release in all southern languages and Hindi.

The first audio single from Anand Deverakonda, Vaishnavi Chaitanya, and Viraj Ashwin’s Baby - O Rendu Prema Meghaalila was a chartbuster. The song had clocked over 20 million views already and is a raging hit.

The stage is now set for the arrival of the second song which has been titled Deva Raaja.

The song is crooned by the happening Arya Dhayal. She’s said to be in her element for the second song from Baby as well. The music video was shot on a grand scale by the team and it the video was captured in a specially erected set.

Popular Director Sekhar Kammula Launched the Teaser Of Sudhakar Komakula, Chinna Papisetty, Papisetty Film Productions & Sukha Media’s Narayana & Co

Young hero Sudhakar Komakula’s hilarious family entertainer Narayana & Co got its first look poster released recently to a good response. Chinna Papisetty is directing, while Sudhakar is also co-producing the movie in association with Papisetty Brothers under the banners of Papisetty Film Productions and Sukha Media.

Today, director Sekhar Kammula launched the teaser of the film. The teaser introduces Narayana and his Thikkal family. While Narayana is a typical middle-class man, his wife is health conscious. His elder son is interested in betting, while his younger son wants to become a photographer. A youngster and a local Don is willing to become a politician are looking for few bakras and trap this family which in turn generates comedy of errors.

Chinna Papisetty handled the comedy quite efficiently and the teaser promises a fun ride. Sudhakar’s comic timing is too good and the last sequence is humorous. Devi Prasad, Amani, Pooja Kiran and Jai Krishna are impressive in their respective roles.

Suresh Bobbili, Dr. Josyabhatla and Naga Vamsi trio provide music for the movie for which Rahul Shrivatsav handled the cinematography with additional cinematography by Siddam Manohar. Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja’s prestigious Pan India film Tiger Nageswara Rao being directed by Vamsee is one of the craziest projects releasing this year. This indeed is the most ambitious project of producer Abhishek Agarwal of Abhishek Agarwal Arts who delivered two back-to-back blockbusters The Kashmir Files and Kartikeya 2. He is mounting the movie on a massive budget with high production values and top-notch technical standards. A huge budget was allocated to recreate Stuartupuram village for the movie in a 5-acre land.

Nandamuri Kalyanram is known for his knack in selecting unique scripts right from the beginning of his career is bringing another interesting film. The film titled stirringly as Devil which denotes the ferocity of the protagonist. And it comes with the tagline- The British Secret Agent. The first look of the film released on Ugadi raised the curiosity on this spy thriller.

Presented by Devansh Nama, Abhishek Nama is producing this period drama under the banner of Abhishek Pictures. This much-awaited project shoot has reached its final stage. As part of the climax shoot, the makers are currently canning a massive action episode. It's incredible knowing that this action sequence is being shot with 500 people. This high-octane action sequence was designed by fight master Venkat, and the makers claim that it will be one of Tollywood's best action episodes.

"We are producing this film very prestigiously under our banner with a huge budget," producer Abhishek Nama said on this occasion. Our hero, Nandamuri Kalyan Ram, who is eager to present unique films to the audience, will now dazzle in a new avatar. The movie shoot will be completed as planned. The film's climax is currently being shot at breakneck speed. Venkat Garu is in charge of this massive action episode involving 500 fighters. It's going to be incredible, and everyone who sees it on the big screen will agree. "We will provide updates on this film soon," he said.

Devil will be released in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil and Kannada languages. Being directed by Naveen Medaram, Devil has its story, screenplay and dialogues provided by Srikanth Vissa. Mythri Movie Makers Presents, Kiran Abbavaram, Ramesh Kaduri, Clap Entertainment’s Meter Trailer is out now

Tollywood’s leading production house Mythri Movie Makers is presenting, while Clap Entertainment is producing Kiran Abbavaram’s mass action entertainer Meter directed by debutant Ramesh Kaduri. The makers so far released a couple of songs and a teaser. The songs as well as the teaser assured that Meter will be an out-and-out mass and action entertainer.

The film’s theatrical trailer is out now. The trailer starts off with the action-packed entry of Kiran Abbavaram as a reckless cop who doesn’t care about anybody and enjoys life on his own terms. He falls in love with a girl who too adores him. He clashes with a powerful politician who is very hazardous. This police officer who is the topper of the batch is motivated by his father and takes his duty seriously.

Ramesh Kaduri opted for a subject that is commercially viable. Kiran Abbavaram effortlessly portrayed the role of a cop, and his playful performance provide enough entertainment. Athulyaa Ravi looked good as a glam doll. Other actors played their parts proficiently.

The visuals looked grand, thanks to Venkat C Dileep’s superb work as a cinematographer. Sai Kartheek took the visuals to another level with his background score. The production values are high in standard.

Chiranjeevi (Cherry) and Hemalatha Pedamallu are producing the film, wherein Naveen Yerneni and Ravi Shankar Yalamanchili of Mythri Movie Makers are presenting it. JV is the Art Director. NATS Curtain Raiser Amidst Film Celebrities

The North American Telugu Society (NATS) held a successful curtain raiser event yesterday at Park Hyatt, Hyderabad. The event was graced by Tollywood celebrities, industrialists, and business entrepreneurs who announced their joining and participation in the upcoming NATS Telugu Sambaralu 2023 to be held at New Jersey.

Bapu Nuthi, the President of NATS, expressed his happiness at the cordial response from the film and business fraternity in gracing the event. He invited everyone to be a part of the grand event from the stage.

Sridhar Appasani, the convenor of NATS, announced that the organization would celebrate the 100th Anniversary of legendary personalities like NTR, Ghantasala, and Allu Ramalingiah, along with the 50th professional anniversary of Jayasudha and Sai Kumar. He also mentioned that NATS has been a propelling force in directing other Telugu Associations in the USA towards meaningful and organized social service.

"This time, NATS would donate 25% of the collected funds towards Telugu Sambaralu 2023 to the genuine social workers in society who are doing more than what they can", Sridhar Appasani added.

Raj Allada, the Deputy Convenor of NATS, revealed that the organization would also organize an event of CXO Forum, as well as the Sharks and Dreamers to facilitate young entrepreneurs with startup ideas to win the attention of investors. He emphasized that NATS is making the Telugu Sambaralu 2023 a unique event with the right mix of entertainment, education for the overall growth of the young crowds in the Telugu community.

Actor-director Vishwak Sen, nicknamed Mass Ka Das, who’s on a high after the success of Das Ka Dhamki, has signed another prestigious project VS11. Written and directed by Krishna Chaitanya, VS11, produced by leading banners S Naga Vamsi and Sai Sounjanya under Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas and presented by Srikara Studios, was formally announced today.

Much to delight of movie buffs, the film’s motion poster was also unveiled today. The glimpse follows a series of lorries and the backdrop later shifts to a riverside backdrop with a radio placed inside a boat. ‘In a world that defies social norms, there is no black and white, only grey. Mass Ka Das turns Bad,’ the makers say, while wishing Vishwak Sen on his birthday.

The shoot of VS11 a.k.a Production No. 21 is set to commence soon. This is touted to be an out-and-out mass entertainer and will be a feast for Mass Ka Das fans, the unit is confident. Composer Yuvan Shankar Raja is on board for the entertainer and his stylish background score for the motion poster has heightened the expectations surrounding the film.

కథలో మీకు నచ్చిన ఎలిమెంట్స్ ఏమిటి ?

మీటర్ చేస్తున్నప్పుడే (నవ్వుతూ). సినిమాలు చూస్తూ.. టీంతో మాట్లాడుతున్నపుడు అలా వచ్చేసింది. ఇంకా చక్కగా నేర్చుకోవాలి.

మీటర్ లో మీ పాత్రలో ఎలా వుంటుంది ?

ఇందులో నా పాత్ర చాలా డిఫరెంట్ గా వుంటుంది. అబ్బాయిలు అంటే ఇష్టం లేని పాత్రలో కనిపిస్తాయి. నా పాత్ర సీరియస్ గా వుంటుంది. కానీ అందులో నుంచే కామెడీ జనరేట్ అవుతుంది. నా పాత్ర ఫస్ట్ హాఫ్ లో చాలా కామెడీ వుంటుంది.

చమ్మక్ చమ్మక్ పోరి పాటలో డ్యాన్స్ చాలా బాగా చేశారు కదా ?

నాకు చిన్నప్పటి నుంచి డ్యాన్స్ అంటే చాలా ఇష్టం. కానీ ఇంట్లో వాళ్ళు నేర్పించలేదు. అయితే డ్యాన్స్ అంటే చాలా ఆసక్తి. ఎవరైన నేర్పితే మాత్రం ఎలాంటి మూమెంట్స్ అయిన చాలా త్వరగా నేర్చుకుంటాను.

ఈ పాత్ర మీ నిజ జీవితానికి దగ్గరగా వుంటుందా ?

లేదండీ. ఇది పూర్తిగా భిన్నం.

ఇది మీకు కొత్త పరిశ్రమ కదా.. దీనికి అలవాటు పడటానికి ఎంత సమయం పట్టింది ?

నాకు అలాంటి ఫీలే లేదండీ. కథ విన్నప్పుడే చాలా కంఫర్ట్ బుల్ అనిపించింది. లుక్ టెస్ట్ అయిన తర్వాత నేరుగా షూటింగ్ కి వెళ్ళాం. కిరణ్ గారు కూడా చాలా ఫ్రండ్లీ. తనలాగే నేను కూడా షార్ట్ ఫిలిమ్స్, ఇండిపెండెంట్ మూవీ చేసే వచ్చాను. ఆ కామన్ కనెక్షన్ మొదటి నుంచి వుంది. మేము ఎప్పుడూ సినిమా గురించే మాట్లాడుకుంటాం.

ఇందులో కిరణ్ – మీ పాత్ర కెమిస్ట్రీ ఎలా వుంటుంది?

కిరణ్ – నాకు వున్న కాంబినేషన్ సీన్స్ చాలా సరదాగా వుంటాయి. హీరోయిన్ ఫాలో చేసి టీజ్ చేయడం, ప్రేమించడం.. ఇలా హిలేరియస్ గా ఉంటుంది. మరో కోణంలో ఎమోషన్స్ ఫైట్స్ మాస్ వుంటుంది. పక్కా కమర్షియల్ ఎలిమెంట్స్ వున్న ఈ సినిమాని కిరణ్ అద్భుతంగా చేశారు. ఎమోషన్స్ చాలా బాగా వర్క్ అవుట్ అయ్యాయి.

ఎలాంటి జోనర్స్ సినిమాలు చేయాలని వుంది ?

ఫీల్ గుడ్ లవ్ స్టోరీస్ చేయాలని వుంది. అలాగే రస్టిక్ సినిమాలు కూడా చేయాలని వుంది. ప్రయోగాత్మక పాత్రలు కూడా చేయాలనే ఆసక్తివుంది.

Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja’s most awaited crime action and edge-of-the-seat thriller Ravanasura directed by Sudheer Varma is making a huge noise, thanks to the spellbinding teaser and foot-tapping soundtracks. Today, the film’s theatrical trailer has been released.

While the teaser of the movie showed the action and thrilling elements in the movie. The trailer, though doesn’t reveal much about the core point, shows the other aspects. It begins as a murder mystery and Sampath Raj claims that he is innocent. Ravi Teja who is a criminal lawyer requests his senior Faria Abdullah to take up the case. But she is least interested. Then, we get to see the other shades of Ravi Teja’s character. While the police officer and the politician call him a criminal, he too admits the same in the end.

The trailer is edited skilfully to show what are the elements that are there in the movie. However, it doesn’t show what the movie is all about. Director Sudheer Varma wins brownie points for his taking. He presented Ravi Teja in a character with lots of shades.

Ravi Teja is full of energy. His comic timing is at its usual best. But he is exceptional in the last potions where we get to see dark shade of the character. The Joker pose and the malicious smile are a treat to watch.

Harshavardhan Rameshwar gave a terrific background score, wherein Vijay Kartik Kanna’s camera work is top-notch.

Srikanth Vissa penned a first-of-its-kind story for the movie for which Naveen Nooli is the editor. Along with Harshavardhan, Bheems Ceciroleo scored soundtracks for the movie.

Adipurush, featuring Prabhas, Kriti Sanon, Saif Ali Khan, is one of the most anticipated films in Indian cinema. The stage is now set for Adipurush mania to grip the country.

On the auspicious occasion of Navratri, Producer Bhushan Kumar and Director Om Raut sought blessings of Mata Vaishno Devi for Adipurush campaign that begins from Ramnavmi, March 30.

The film revives a rich and historic Indian epic Ramayana in a magnificent manner starring Prabhas, Kriti Sanon, Sunny Singh and Saif Ali Khan.

The magnum opus, one of the most anticipated films of 2023, that prepares for a world wide release on June,16th, predominantly chronicles around the story of Prabhu Shri Ram and celebrates the triumph of good over evil.
