Victory Venkatesh's upcoming Intense Action Emotional Film 'Narappa' Directed by Sreekanth Addala  jointly Produced by D Suresh Babu and Kalaippuli S. Thanu has unveiled its glimpse on the occasion of Venkatesh's Birthday (Oct 13). The 30 second clip showcases Venkatesh as Narappa in a ferocious avatar. This small yet bombastic glimpse creates a massive impact with its powerful visuals. Venkatesh aces his Narappa role which looks quite aggressive. Kothi Kommachi, a song shoot away from completion!

 

While filmmaking has always been an arduous task, the challenges posed by the pandemic situation have been unprecedented for film production units across the world. The team of the Satish Vegesna-directorial Kothi Kommachi has indeed lead by example in this precarious hour, wrapping the entire outdoor shoot of the film in a month’s span. The film starring Meghamsh Srihari, Sameer Vegesna that went on floors on November 3, is complete but for a song shoot. M L V Sathyanarayana is producing the fun-filled entertainer under Lakshya Productions.

“The film went on floors right after shoot permissions were granted. Given that the film was extensively shot outdoors across Amalapuram, Visakhapatnam and Rajamundry in a single schedule, we ensured all safety precautions were in place. I am grateful to the entire team that made this possible. We’re looking forward to completing the song shoot and announcing the release date shortly,” the director Satish Vegesna added.

“Despite the scare posed by the pandemic, we completed the shoot without any hassles. The director Sathish Vegesna was extremely meticulous with his planning through the schedule. The cast and crew left no stone unturned to wrap the portions on time. The post-production work for the film has already commenced. We are sure to entertain the audiences in theatres,” the producer M L V Sathyanarayana exuded optimism.

Psychological horror thriller 'Arrdham' with Ajay, Shraddha Das, Aamani in lead roles

 

Ajay, Shraddha Das and Aamani play lead roles in 'Arrdham', a psychological thriller. Radhika Srinivas, one of the producers of 'Natakam', is its producer. Manikanth Thellaguti, the writer-director of this film, has previously edited several films besides being a VFX supervisor.

Mahendra, the child artiste of 'Devi' and 'Peda Rayudu' fame, has yet another key role. Sahithi Avancha of Ram Gopal Varma's 'Murder' fame, director-turned-actor Devi Prasad, Sai Deena of 'Vada Chennai' (Tamil) fame and Vasu Vikram are part of the cast.

Fifty percent of the shoot is over. Producer Radhika Srinivas says, "This is a gripping psychological thriller. We started the shoot on November 7. Since then, we have shot a schedule each in Hyderabad and Chennai. Soon, we are going to shoot action scenes. The director is doing a great job with the execution. He is taking care of the editing department, too. Rakendu Mouli, who penned the dialogues of 'Khaidi', is writing the dialogues and songs for our movie. Sunny Austin, Chinna Swamy are the music directors."

Director Manikanth Tellaguti said that the film promotes family values and women's empowerment. "'Arrdham' is a blend of psychological horror thriller and entertainment. Since I have got hands-on experience in VFX, I am taking care of the department. Expect the best production values," the director added.

Amitabh Bachchan-Ajay Devgn's 'MayDay' goes on floors in Hyderabad

 

'MayDay', starring Big B Amitabh Bachchan in a key role, is a Bollywood film that is directed by star Hindi actor Ajay Devgn. Besides playing a key role in the film, Devgn is also its producer, bankrolling it on his home banner Ffilms. He is wielding the megaphone for a film featuring the legendary Amitabh for the first time. This is also their first collaboration together in seven years. Rakul Preet Singh and Angira Dhar are its heroines.

On Saturday, the thriller's puja function was held at Hyderabad's Ramoji Film City. Its regular shoot, too, has begun on the same day. The makers announced that 'MayDay' will be released on 29 April 2022. Balu Munnangi, the prominent Telugu astrologer who is a friend of Ajay Devgn, gave the clap. It was Munnangi who had given the clap for 'Tanhaji', this year's biggest Bollywood blockbuster. If the sentiment works out, 'MayDay' is going to be a huge blockbuster.

Speaking on the occasion, Ajay Devgn said, "I am happy to officially begin 'MayDay'. The film will be completed in a start-to-finish shooting schedule. I seek blessings from the Almighty and my parents. Nothing is complete without the support of all my fans, family and well-wishers. The film releases on 29 April 2022."

Vijay Deverakonda amazed by a disable girl’s gratitude

During the lockdown, hero Vijay Deverakonda came up with this

initiative called Middle Class Fund to help the needy. He along with

his team provided ration to people who could not afford and it was

done with utmost transparency.

One of the many who received help is a disable girl from Srikakulam

district of AP. Identified as Swapnika Kovvada, this girl is limbless.

Yet that did not deter her spirit and using her mouth, she drew a

beautiful art of Vijay Deverakonda. She shared the same on Twitter and

posted it to Vijay.

Blown away by this, Vijay tweeted, “Sending you lots of love Swapnika.

And taking strength and inspiration from you. Thank you” with a

red-heart symbol.

That’s indeed a true gratitude from the girl and Vijay is known to

recognise such love and affection.

The film has been launched today with a pooja ceremony graced by young directors. Anvesh Reddy and Rahul Yadav handed over script to the director. Venkatesh Maha sounded the clapboard, while Sandeep Raj switched on the camera and Bharat Kamma directed the first shot.

Regular shoot of the film commences from December 14th. Title and first look poster of the film are also unveiled today.

Titled Mishan Impossible, it is a distinctive subject on the lines of a bounty hunting film set in a village near Tirupati. The letters SIO from Mission are crossed-out and are replaced by the letters ha. The title sounds crazy, whereas the first look poster looks quite interesting.

The film’s story revolves around three characters which are revealed through the first look poster. Three kids are seen in the avatars of Lord Hanuma, Shiva and Sri Krishna with each carrying guns.

Apart from these three, the film will also feature two important characters. The male and female lead characters will be announced soon.

Niranjan Reddy and Anvesh Reddy will be producing the film while N M Pasha is the Associate Producer. It will have cinematography to be handled by Deepak Yeragara and music to be scored by Mark K Robin. Ravi Teja Girijala is the editor.

Title track of 'Solo Brathuke So Better' unveiled!

 

'Solo Brathuke So Better', starring Supreme Hero Sai Dharam Tej as the hero, is produced by BVSN Prasad on Sri Venkateswara Cine Chitra. The film will be released theatrically on December 25 in association with Zee Studio. Nabha Natesh is its heroine. On Friday, its title track was unveiled at a PVR multiplex in Hyderabad. The film's unit members were present on the occasion. 

Speaking on the occasion, Sai Tej said, "Thaman has composed excellent tunes. I thank him whole-heartedly for that. Each of the four songs released so far has got a tremendous response. I wish that he becomes a noted pan-India music director. The title track has got catchy lines written by Sirivennela Seetharama Sastry garu. Coming to other songs, Raghuram garu and Kasarla Shyam garu have penned catchy lyrics for it. Raghuram garu also penned the 'No Pelli' song, which has been a big hit with the listeners. We also came out with a lyrical video song for that. Rana and Varun Tej appeared in the special song, which was launched by Nithiin. I thank these three people on this occasion."

The Mega hero added, "Director Subbu is a professional with a lot of dedication and has worked with great conviction on 'Solo Brathuke So Better'. He executed the film as passionately as he narrated the script. He convinced everyone and ensured that he got the output he wanted. He has got a great future in films. He plans to quit the industry after making five films. But my wish is that he goes on to make fifty movies. I am happy to see how he has blended emotions and entertainment."

Sai Tej said that he is happy to have got to work with 'Nata Kireeti' Rajendra Prasad once again after 'Supreme'. "Working with him energized me. I have also got to work with Rao Ramesh garu once again after 'Subrahmanyam For Sale', 'Chitralahari' and 'Prati Roju Pandage'. And we are going in for a second hat-trick now." The hero also thanked Nabha Natesh, his female co-star. 

He said that there was much deliberation over whether 'SBSB' should be released first on OTT before releasing it in theatres. Sai Tej thanked Zee Studio for its fullest cooperation in arriving at the final decision. 

Producer BVSN Prasad said, "This film was supposed to release on May 1. Sai Tej supported me throughout and asked me to plan its release as I deemed fit. We had wanted to release the film directly on Zee Studio's OTT platform. But since theatres have been allowed to be reopened, we changed the plan. Our film will release in theatres all over on December 25. Please watch it with all precautions." 

Director Subbu said, "Without Sai Tej, this film wouldn't have been a reality. I thank him for trusting me and my story. He supported me like a friend. I thank Sastry garu for his lyrics for the title track. We are a young team who have worked really hard on this film. The producer lent me all the support, treating me like a family member. I appeal to the audience to support our film." 

Zee Studios' Neeraj Joshi said, "I am happy that Zee is releasing this film. I have watched the film and the output is really nice. We are releasing 'SBSB' at the right time." 

Rao Ramesh said, "Cinema is always the ultimate winner. In the battle between covid-19 and cinema, the latter will invariably win. The songs of 'SBSB' have been a hit. I have done three movies with Sai Tej so far. 'SBSB' is my fourth film with him. I want to keep working with him." 

Rajendra Prasad said, "The film industry is now entering the battlefield after an exile of more than six months. The character Sai Tej has played in 'SBSB' suits him completely. The film has come out really well. It will entertain the audience for sure."

'Dorakuna Ituvanti Seva' movie poster goes viral

 

Of late, the movie poster of 'Dorakuna Ituvanti Seva' has gone viral despite the poster having no actors on it. The title of the film is obviously inspired by the title of a classic from 'Shankarabharanam'. However, this poster hasn't gone viral because of that song. Rather, it has caught the attention of Netizens because of its design and the caption 'Incredible Revenge In This'. The letters D, I, S are seen in a large size. And, in the letter 'I', a woman's shadow is seen holding the index fingers of three men pointing out at her.

'Dorakuna Ituvanti Seva' is the title of a film directed by Ramachandra Ragipindi and produced by Dev Maheshwaram of Devi Film Factory. The Concept Poster was released by actor TNR.

Speaking about the movie, the producer said, "The shooting is completed. Our film is currently in the post-production phase. DTS Mixing's final stage is on. We are planning to release the film in January. The names of the cast will be kept under wraps till the release of the teaser. You will know whether our movie has new actors or known actors only then."

The director said, "This is a suspenseful crime drama where extra-marital affairs are at the centre of the plot. Recently, a dating app surveyed married people and discovered that seven out of ten married people are showing interest in extra-marital affairs. More number of women are curious about it than men. Extra-marital affairs lead to a large number of crimes, something that was found by another survey. We read about husbands killing their wives and paramours, a wife killing her husband with the help of her paramour, and such stuff. That's why extra-marital affairs driven crimes are topmost. All this is being done for momentary bliss by those in secretive relationships. Our film talks about how such relationships affect those who are not responsible for them. Our film is a non-linear anthology telling three stories."
