“Ugly Story” Brings a Refreshing Love Story to the Big Screen; VV Vinayak Showers Praise on the Team
Actor Nandu and Avika Gor starrer Ugly Story is gearing up for its theatrical release on May 22. Directed by Pranav Swaroop, the film is being produced under the Riya Jiya Productions banner by Subhashini and Konda Lakshman. With its intriguing title and youthful promotional content, the movie has already started creating positive curiosity among audiences.
Ahead of the release, celebrated director V. V. Vinayak watched the trailer of the film and extended his heartfelt wishes to the entire team. Sharing his thoughts, Vinayak said he has known director Pranav Swaroop’s family for many years and was happy to see the passion with which the film was made. He expressed confidence that Ugly Story would offer audiences a refreshing love story and hoped the movie would mark a memorable success in Nandu’s career. Vinayak also mentioned that singer Geetha Madhuri is like family to him and wished the team a grand success upon its release on May 22.
Director Pranav Swaroop thanked Vinayak garu for watching the trailer and appreciating the film. He said the encouragement from a senior filmmaker like him has given the team immense confidence ahead of release.
Producer Bekkem Venugopal shared that Vinayak garu responded very positively to the trailer and expressed hope that the film would emotionally connect with audiences across all sections.
Lead actor Nandu said receiving blessings and support from Vinayak garu was a special moment for the team. He thanked him for encouraging the film and requested audiences to support Ugly Story in theatres.
Apart from Nandu and Avika Gor, the film also features Raviteja Mahadasyam, Shivaji Raja, and Pragnya Nayan in important roles.
