Raakaasa is enjoying a strong run at the box office, with family audiences playing a major role in its success. The film’s clean humour and feel-good entertainment are attracting crowds of all ages, making it a popular choice for families this season.
To celebrate this success, the team held a grand success meet with the cast, crew, media, and chief guest Anil Ravipudi in attendance.
At the event, editor Anwar Ali thanked the producers and Niharika Konidela for the opportunity. Cinematographer Raju and choreographers JD Master and Bhanu Master expressed happiness over the film’s success and credited the audience for the positive response. Bhanu Master also highlighted how the “Snake Dance” song brought him recognition.
Fight master Vijay, VFX supervisor Murali, and distributor Subba Reddy appreciated the team effort and shared their confidence in the film’s strong theatrical run. Music director Anudeep said the response from families made it feel like a festive season again in theatres.
Director Manasa Sharma shared that this being her first film makes the success even more special. She thanked the audience, cast, and technical team for their support and revealed that keeping Vennela Kishore’s character a surprise worked well.
Actors Getup Srinu and Vennela Kishore thanked the audience and spoke about the love the film is receiving across regions. Actress Nayan Sarika expressed happiness over the positive response, especially seeing kids enjoy the film in theatres.

At the box office, Raakaasa opened with ₹5.6 crore worldwide on Day 1 (including premieres) and grew to ₹10.30 crore by Day 2. Overseas collections crossed $257K. The film is also trending well on BookMyShow with over 60K tickets booked in 24 hours and a strong rating of 8.7.
