The much awaited Ustaad Bhagat Singh has opened to a powerful response worldwide marking a grand festive release for Ugadi. Reuniting after the blockbuster Gabbar Singh Power Star Pawan Kalyan and director Harish Shankar have once again delivered a mass entertainer that is connecting strongly with audiences everywhere.
Produced on a grand scale by Mythri Movie Makers under the leadership of Naveen Yerneni and Yalamanchili Ravi Shankar the film released on March 19 and received an overwhelming response right from the first show.
Audiences across all regions have been appreciating the film with fans especially enjoying Pawan Kalyan in a vintage energetic avatar. The film has also connected well with family audiences thanks to its emotional depth and engaging storytelling making it appealing to all sections.
Amidst this positive response the team held a success press meet to express their gratitude to the audience.
Director Harish Shankar expressed happiness over the reception stating that although he expected the film to take some time to gain momentum overseas he was delighted to see positive talk from the very first show across all regions.
He shared that the film was designed as a complete commercial entertainer while also including meaningful elements. His aim was to present vintage Pawan Kalyan and the response proves that the audience has embraced it.
He also mentioned that the film touches on topics like illegal immigration while maintaining strong entertainment value. According to him every character in the film has been well received and audiences are connecting with each of them.
Harish Shankar also praised Thaman for delivering a powerful background score in a short time and described the film as a result of the entire teams effort.
Producer Naveen Yerneni said the film is receiving an incredible response across Andhra Pradesh Telangana and overseas markets including the United States.
He described the theatre atmosphere as celebratory stating that audiences are thoroughly enjoying the film. With each show both word of mouth and collections are increasing.

Producer Ravi Shankar Yalamanchili said that working with Pawan Kalyan was a dream come true and the films success makes it even more special.
